MemberHi Carolyn
Welcome aboard!
To install WordPress plugins manually, head to the dashboard of your site.
Then go to Plugins ยป Add New ยป Upload. These should still be zipped files.
Just in case you need to download those again, you can get them at My Account ยป Downloads from our website.
Let me know if that works for you.
Thanks

MemberHi Mandy
I’d like to look up your website’s license. Can you tell me your web address? And/or the name and email of the developer?
I want to determine if the developer was using their own developer license, or if they purchased a single license for your account. This will help me to better determine what we can do to get your site updated with a current license.
Thanks

MemberHi Kelsay
Hi there!
Thanks so much for getting in touch! I’m afraid that we’re not equipped to provide technical support for current plugin users here in our pre-sales forum. We’d be more than happy to assist you.
If you’re a current license holder for one of our premium offerings, please log in to your account and submit a post to the appropriate forum for the affected product. Please include your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ so we can better help you.
If you can, please take the time to confirm in your post that you’ve run through our Testing for Conflicts steps prior to contacting us–this will save us a step and help us to get your issue resolved that much quicker!
Thanks again, and we’ll see you in the forums!

We recently integrated with the WordPress Rest API. I believe this will meet your needs. https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/introduction-events-calendar-rest-api/ can provide further information for you on this.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Matthew
For API integration, we’ve put together this tutorial: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/introduction-events-calendar-rest-api/. It will take a good bit of leg-work on you or a developer to go this route.
Event Aggregator does have a variety of sources that it works with. Aside from importing from Google Calendar, Facebook, Meetup, etc., it can schedule imports with a .ics file. Many calendaring programs can export a file that will essentially give your site the information it needs to dynamically update the content in sync with the source being updated.
Does that make sense?
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Eric
Featured images will pass along, as well as all post content, event location information, categories, etc.
It sounds like this will work for you.
Thanks

MemberHi Christian
With each source of import, you can assign a category that will be applied.
At this time, when events are imported that are recurring on other systems, they display as a single event inside your site (not part of a recurring series).
If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
You can suggest it it http://tribe.uservoice.com.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHey Jena
Sorry about that. I am seeing your System Info showing Community Tickets at 4.5, but our most current version is 4.5.2.
https://theeventscalendar.com/maintenance-release-for-the-week-of-19-november-2017/ shows our other most current versions.
Can you let me know if you are seeing an update available for Community Tickets?
Thanks
