ParticipantHello I am receiving the following error message: To begin using The Events Calendar: Community Events Tickets, please install and activate the latest versions of Event Tickets, Event Tickets Plus, The Events Calendar, Community Events, and WooCommerce.
HOWEVER – All plugins are installed and activated
There are no errors on my end, licenses are up to date, plugins are up to date.
Please advise if this is a known issue – and how to fix this issue.November 23, 2017 at 3:20 am #1389875Courtney
MemberHi Jena
I’m sorry that is happening. I haven’t seen this issue come up with others. I’d suggest doing this testing (preferably on a staging site):
Update any plugins/themes/WordPress
Deactivate all plugins
Use a default theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/
Active our plugins in this order:
- The Events Calendar
- Event Tickets
- WooCommerce
- Event Tickets Plus
- Community Events
- Community Event Tickets
Can you let me know if that resolves the issue?
Thanks
Courtney 🙂November 27, 2017 at 7:25 pm #1393331Lakeland Connect Media Inc Jena Colbourne
ParticipantI have followed your instructions and I am still expiriencing the same problems.
Are there any other options?November 28, 2017 at 5:05 pm #1394311Courtney
MemberCan you set up a staging or test version of your site with only those themes and plugins? I’d like to see if a fresh install results in the same issue.
I still haven’t been able to reproduce this myself on my sites.
Thanks

It’s expieriencing the same problems. I have two active events with ticket sales that this issue is affecting. I would really like to see a resolution.
Thank you Jena

MemberHi Jena
Can you run an update of our plugins on your live site and see if the issue persists? We released a fix in an incremental maintenance release that should address this.
Thanks

ParticipantHi Courtney,
They all appear to be up-to-date, however I’m receiving the same error. All themes and plugins are up-to-date as well.
When was the update released?December 6, 2017 at 12:30 pm #1399722Courtney
MemberHey Jena
Sorry about that. I am seeing your System Info showing Community Tickets at 4.5, but our most current version is 4.5.2.
https://theeventscalendar.com/maintenance-release-for-the-week-of-19-november-2017/ shows our other most current versions.
Can you let me know if you are seeing an update available for Community Tickets?
Thanks

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
