MemberHi Manuel
Natively we do not support this. However, you can find other membership type plugins that require users to pay to be have an account with your site. Then, you could use Community Events to require users be logged in to submit an event.
If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
You can suggest it it http://tribe.uservoice.com. https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/32689603-you-should-add-pay-to-submit-event looks close to the idea that you have.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Eileen
Sorry for the confusion.ย You should’ve received an email containing a link to download Events Calendar Pro and the license key.
Can you go to My Account ยป Downloads https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/ and download the Events Calendar Pro plugin.ย You’ll need to keep the free The Events Calendar https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-calendar plugin active as well.
Then get your license key, and go to Events ยป Settings ยป Licenses to enter it.
Let me know if this works now.
Thanks

MemberHey there
Hello
Can you start by going through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/?ย I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict.ย
We recommend conducting these tests on a staging server (https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/creating-using-wordpress-staging-site/). If you are unable to do so, please install <a href=”https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/โ title=โHealth Check Pluginโ>the Health Check plugin so that you can effectively disable all plugins without website visitors noticing any changes.
Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists.
Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard ยป Updates).ย
Finally, please send us your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ to better diagnose the issues you are having.
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
Thanks

MemberHey Matthew
Can you check to see if the quotes turned themselves into smart quotes, like is shown at the bottom of: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/embedding-calendar-views-tribe_events-shortcode/#limitations
This should be correct:
[tribe_events view="day" date="2018-02-22"]
Are you wanting this shortcode to display just the events from that date on https://sabusinesscalendar.com/?
Could you also test a date that is now in the future?
Thanks

MemberHi Chad
In Using One License for Live and Dev Sites https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/using-one-license-live-dev-sites/, we do specify which domain structures that we currently support for staging sites.ย
If your site doesn’t match the criteria, you can still use the plugin.ย You will need to manually run updates, the license may not register (or you could register it there while building and later Move Your License Key https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-your-license-keys/.ย If you need to contact support during that time, please manually send in your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Antwann
So sorry for any confusion. If you want to subscribe to all events on your calendar into a mobile device, you still can. It’s a simple modification of the export button functionality. Our demo site would have a link like this: http://wpshindig.com/?ical=1 You can change out your web address and give that a try to subscribe on your devices.
We do offer 30 day refunds if you find the plugin does not meet your needs. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Richard
Yes, you can use both plugins on the same site. You’ll just need The Events Calendar installed before adding your license for Event Aggregator or installig Community Events.

MemberHi Cherie
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/new-user-primer-event-aggregator/ is our guide for those that have already purchased, but it’s worth sharing now.
Event Aggregator will schedule imports for you. It cannot delete events in either direction. That will need to be a manual process due to the constraints of other calendar’s settings.
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/event-aggregator-import-settings/#update-authority shares how to approve updates on your site if the source is updated.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks
