MemberNathan, forum reply notifications only get sent to the address in your My Account page. If you want replies to go to a different email, updating your account’s email is the only way our forum could send them to another email.
Per our Scope of Support / Terms, we don’t provide such debugging support for themes. However, I can try to help point you in the right direction. For example, in the past, other theme conflicts have been caused by loading jQuery in an odd way or, in your theme’s case, you might want to ask your theme support why that JS file is being loaded by their theme anyway. For example, “What is the js/vendors.js file used for, how is it loaded, and why is it done this way?”
I hope this points you in the right direction.

MemberHi Michael.
I’m guessing you could fire a custom email on the rsvp_checkin action hook (Event Tickets).
There are other hooks in Event Tickets Plus, too:
- eddtickets_checkin
- wootickets_checkin
- wpectickets_checkin
Let me know if that’s enough to get things moving forward for you.

MemberThanks for sharing your plans. We don’t have any integration with that or any other POS plugin and I’d guess that plugin will make purchases just fine from WooCommerce. However, the inventory and sales reports from Event Tickets Plus will most likely be off because it was purchased directly via WooCommerce instead of via Event Tickets Plus + WooCommerce.
If you do try it, we’d love to hear back how it works, but I needed to let you know that we cannot provide support for it at this time.
I would suggest that you find/add your suggestion (an in-person, at-the-door, POS way to sell tickets) at our plugins’ UserVoice page.
This allows others who are interested in that feature to easily voice their support. We frequently review suggestions there to find out which ones are popular, then we implement as many of them as we can.
Once you post it or find an existing one to vote for, feel free to link to it from here in case anyone comes across this forum thread in the future.

MemberThen its tickets cannot display on your WordPress site. This is due to their API requiring it to be this way.

MemberI’m glad that worked for you in your active theme’s functions.php file. Thanks for letting us know and sharing the code for others who may come across it in the future.

MemberHi Jennifer. Thanks for including that link to your site’s event.
In order for the Eventbrite tickets to show up, the Eventbrite event needs to be made Public and have tickets available (quantity and sale start/end dates). Please check those things at Eventbrite and, if that’s not your issue, please provide me the link to view your event on Eventbrite’s site.
Thank you.

MemberIt, meaning our code, isn’t limited.
It, meaning your server and/or WordPress settings and resources, is limited (there’s no such thing as a server with “unlimited” resources).
You’ll need to do trial and error to figure out your site’s limitations. It could be that you have resource-intensive plugins (e.g. BuddyPress) or a lot of traffic at the time you try to do your import that causes it to fail.
I can offer our generally-recommended troubleshooting steps:
Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to TwentySixteen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any PHP errors you see while changing tickets quantity, navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket.
Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts mode).
You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.
Cliff
MemberGood find. I’m glad you were able to fix it!

MemberSince I don’t know how your Account Page is created (could be with WooCommerce, Restrict Content Pro, or dozens of other plugins that have sign-in / membership functionality), I don’t know how you’d edit it.
However, whatever plugin you are using, you can ask them how to add such a link where you want it.
Cliff
MemberThat will depend on your host/server. I’d try with 1,000 and if that doesn’t work, try with 500, then 250, then 100, etc.
If you’re just doing an initial import (i.e. not importing 6,000 items every week), it should just be a little extra time up front to get things up and running.
August 11, 2016 at 10:03 am in reply to: Possible to limit discount to certain number of tickets? #1150628Cliff
MemberIf you choose WooCommerce, then Event Tickets Plus will send the user to your WooCommerce checkout page (to enter coupon code or complete the checkout/payment). Therefore, I think it’s safe to say “yes, it’ll work,” but I can’t guarantee anything specific to WooCommerce, and you’d have to contact their support if such a coupon code doesn’t work. Basically, we add it to the user’s cart and if the cart doesn’t function as it should, that needs to be brought to WooCommerce’s attention.
I hope all this made sense 🙂

MemberHi Ricardo H.
We don’t answer support questions in the Pre-Sales forum, but since you mentioned the potential of a free non-profit license to PRO, I thought I’d suggest that you still apply for it but plan on buying it (there’s a discount if you do get approved via our non-profit application) because then you’d have access to our paid forums to help answer questions like these two.
For some goodwill, I’ll help give some quick replies to help with your two questions:
- get_the_terms( $post_id, Tribe__Events__Main::TAXONOMY )
- Moving the Tickets form
- Our free support forum (for bug reports and users helping each other — no usage support provided by us)
I hope this information helps!
