MemberThank you.
Since this isn’t something we’re able to reproduce, I’d suggest following our recommended troubleshooting steps:
It looks like all your Modern Tribe plugins are at their latest versions. Please make sure you’re also running the latest version of WordPress core (currently 4.6).
Then, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to Twenty Sixteen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any PHP errors you see while changing tickets quantity, navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket.
Then, please re-share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts mode).
You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.

MemberSure thing.
You can technically install the Community Events plugin’s .zip file to however many sites. Inputting your license key, though, is how you enable automatic updates and defines the site we can provide support for.
So, for this short-term transition period, you can actually have it installed and activated on both sites, but you’ll want to go to wp-admin > Events > Settings > Licenses and delete the license key from your old site and input it to your new site.
If this doesn’t disconnect your old site from your account right away (i.e. free up the license to be entered to your new site’s settings), you can also manage your license keys at https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/
I hope this works smoothly for you.

MemberI’m glad to hear you got it sorted out. Thanks for the kind words; I’ll pass them along to the team!
Cliff
MemberSounds good. I’ll leave this open for now, but please note that threads get Closed automatically after a couple weeks of inactivity. If it does get Closed, please open a new thread, adding your current problem description and also linking back to this thread.
Thank you!

MemberHi Grégoire.
To get support, you’ll need to use our new Event Tickets (ET) plugin and its paid add-on Event Tickets Plus (ET+). Everyone with a legacy “tickets” plugin (e.g. WooTickets, EDD Tickets) should already have a copy of Event Tickets Plus in their account (I checked and you do). You can read more at Moving to Event Tickets Plus.
I cannot confirm if a certain WooCommerce extension works with ET+, but the code base for WooCommerce Tickets was essentially ported over so it’s definitely worth a shot.
Please review these links, try out ET+, and let me know if you have any follow-up questions.
Thanks!

MemberHi Ken Wee.
Sorry this is confusing you.
You can see all your license keys and to which sites they’re assigned at TheEventsCalendar.com > My Account > License Keys
Please let me know if this License Keys page helped you solve your problem.

MemberHi Neil.
I’m uncertain exactly what you’re asking, but I’ll provide info based on my best guess…
If you deactivate Community Events plugin, the front-end create/edit event forms will be gone, but the events will remain as long as you still have The Events Calendar active.
All events remain on the calendar unless you delete them.
If you have future/upcoming events created via the CE form, again, the events will remain but deactivating the CE plugin will make it so the event author will no longer be able to edit the event on the front-end.
I hope this clears things up for you. Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

MemberHi Hans-Gerd.
Thanks for the details.
We do not provide support for Enfold theme, but my best guess is that your site has some extra styling/coding implemented that’s now conflicting — or they need to update the Enfold theme for our latest version.
I’d suggest asking their support if there are any known conflicts with our latest version and if they can recreate the issue you’ve reported.
Please let me know how it turns out.

MemberHi Johann.
Thanks for the link, but it’s currently throwing me a 500 error.
Anyway, if I understand your request completely: No, none of our widgets “talk to each other” even if they’re placed on the same page.
In my experience, this doesn’t sound like something we’d implement, but you might still choose to suggest it as a feature request at our plugins’ UserVoice page.
This allows others who are interested in that feature to easily voice their support. We frequently review suggestions there to find out which ones are popular, then we implement as many of them as we can.
If you post it, feel free to link to it from here in case anyone comes across this forum thread in the future.
Finally, if you need some coding help, you may want to ask your developer or reference our documentation and list of known customizers.

MemberHi Steve.
We do have a multisite-level license. It’s for a single multisite network with unlimited sites.
If you buy a license for just 3 sites, you can choose to use them wherever you wish, such as 1 single site, 1 other single site, and on 1 sub-site of a multisite network with 20 total sites.
If you want to use our plugin on the other 19 sites on your multisite network, you should get the multisite-level license for all 20.
I hope this clears things up!

MemberHi FP.
If you can export your old data (manually or automatically), it’d be perfect for our CSV Importer, available in the free/core The Events Calendar plugin.
If your old data is available via iCal format, our iCal Importer may be what you need in addition to the free/core plugin.
I hope this helps.

MemberHi Hazel.
Our new Events Aggregator product will be an installable plugin that actually runs code on our own servers. This will help us in a variety of ways, but a major one is controlling the traffic so people’s sites don’t error out or overload their servers.
You can add your email to that link, above, to stay updated as more info is available.
Thanks for your interest! 🙂

MemberHi. Sorry you’re experiencing this. Since it’s not something we are able to reproduce (this is what it looks like by default), I’d suggest following our recommended troubleshooting steps:
There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to TwentySixteen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any PHP errors you see while changing tickets quantity, navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket.
Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts mode).
You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.

Thank you.
Cliff
