ParticipantHi,
The title is quite self explanatory, on the backend I can see that the URL is missing a forward slash before manage, like so:
http://www.domain.commanage/add
What I have tried so far:
- Updated everything
- Reset permalinks
- Checked .htaccess file, couldn’t find anything funny there
There has been customisations to some files but I’m unsure if any of them affect this behaviour.

MemberHi. Thanks for sharing your system information.
Could you please screenshot your Permalinks page as well? wp-admin > Settings > Permalinks
Thank you.

MemberThank you.
Since this isn’t something we’re able to reproduce, I’d suggest following our recommended troubleshooting steps:
It looks like all your Modern Tribe plugins are at their latest versions. Please make sure you’re also running the latest version of WordPress core (currently 4.6).
Then, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to Twenty Sixteen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any PHP errors you see while changing tickets quantity, navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket.
Then, please re-share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts mode).
You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.

MemberThanks for updating, testing, and the additional information.
So you have the Community rewrite slug set to “manage”
What if you change it back to the default of “community” – does it work then (having the backslash separator)?

ParticipantHi Cliff, no luck with that either unfortunately :/

MemberThanks for trying. Does switching your language back to English fix it (wp-admin > Settings > General)?
Please make sure to re-save Permalinks each time you make a change.

ParticipantHi Cliff, one of my co-workers did some further digging into this and it looks like the Events Rocket plugin was to blame and we’ve got it working again.
Sorry for taking up your time and thank you for trying to help 🙂
