    Hi,

I am working on a website for a mini mall. This mall will have events so I choose The Events Calendar Pro as the best option to do this.

    Here’s what I have:

    http://punto.rewind9.com/events/

It is pretty basic at the moment. As you can see, I have a default list view with all the “Upcoming Events” in the left column and the “Mini Calendar” widget in the right column.

If I choose a date using the “Mini Calendar” widget, it filters the results based on what’s under the widget, which looks like a list view as well.

Is there a way to make the widget to filter the results on the left column and hide what is filtered in the right column? I think this would be a pretty neat option to have but I’m not sure on how to accomplish this.

Thanks a lot for your assistance.

    Hi Johann.

Thanks for the link, but it’s currently throwing me a 500 error.

Anyway, if I understand your request completely: No, none of our widgets “talk to each other” even if they’re placed on the same page.

In my experience, this doesn’t sound like something we’d implement, but you might still choose to suggest it as a feature request at our plugins’ UserVoice page.

This allows others who are interested in that feature to easily voice their support. We frequently review suggestions there to find out which ones are popular, then we implement as many of them as we can.

If you post it, feel free to link to it from here in case anyone comes across this forum thread in the future.

Finally, if you need some coding help, you may want to ask your developer or reference our documentation and list of known customizers.

    Thanks so much!
