I wanted to know about your new product. It indicated on your website this will be ready for beta in about 20 days. Can you tell me how long after beta before the 0product would be released to the public? Are you still accepting beta clients? Lastly, is this a plugin or a hosted solution? I look forward to your reply. Thank you.

    Hi Hazel.

Our new Events Aggregator product will be an installable plugin that actually runs code on our own servers. This will help us in a variety of ways, but a major one is controlling the traffic so people’s sites don’t error out or overload their servers.

You can add your email to that link, above, to stay updated as more info is available.

    Thanks for your interest! 🙂

So if i understand your response, you will run the imports on your server, and after it is complete the data would be migrated to our WordPress site through the plugin? The data gets posted back to the WordPress site after running on your server?

Your site will send the request to our server, which will get the data and send it back to your site and then you can choose which items to import. In essence, it’ll appear to act the same as our existing (but soon to be “legacy”) iCal Importer add-on but get the data from our servers to minimize errors, inconsistencies, etc.

Besides these details, I’d ask that you wait for the release, which will be soon. 🙂

Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.

    Thanks so much!
