MemberHi Tony. Could you please provide an example of the type of information you’re wanting to provide?
Also, you might find this plugin helpful.
Looking forward to hearing back…

MemberHi Clay. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to TwentySixteen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any PHP errors you see while changing tickets quantity, navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket.
Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts mode).
You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.

Do you think this might be your same issue?
If yes, I’d suggest following our recommended troubleshooting steps:

MemberHi Marcus. Thanks for your detailed question.
Our Themer’s Guide can be a bit daunting, but it’s really the same concept (your child theme’s templates overriding our plugins’) applied to all our different plugins.
For your mockups, could you please confirm that you’re looking to override only the Photo View and that the City is the Venue’s city?
Then I’ll help where I can.

MemberHi. If I understood your question correctly, you might be mistaken about users not being able to submit events to Event Categories. Please see this video (no audio, recorded after page translated to English).
Are you saying that you want users to only be able to submit events to the Evènements sportifs (Sport Events in my video) category (category ID 91)?
Cliff
MemberHi Frederic. Thanks for your question.
Please see this video (no audio) for where to go to edit each Event Category’s slug.
However, there isn’t a built-in way to have a different slug from your normal Events slug.
I hope this answers your question.

MemberHi Dale. Thanks for your renewal. Sorry that happened though.
Please submit the form at our Refund Policy page with your details, and we’ll handle it via email.
Thanks.

MemberHi Thomas. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
I see you’re using Page Builder by SiteOrigin. We’ve seen conflicts with that plugin before. Please test if disabling that solves your issue.
If that’s not it, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to TwentySixteen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.

MemberHi Matthew. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
Please reference tribe_get_recurrence_start_dates() and if that doesn’t answer your question, I’d suggest following these troubleshooting steps:

August 24, 2016 at 8:36 pm in reply to: EC Updates from 4.2.3 to 4.2.5 fail with "too many redirects" error #1155631Cliff
MemberHi. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
Please make sure your WordPress core is updated and then try again. If still not working, please update our plugins manually.
Hopefully you won’t have to deal with this issue again, but if you do, we’ll need you to follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.

MemberHi Dennis.
We do not provide theme styling support, but we may be able to give some quick help if you provide a link to your Events page and a non-Events page that has the full width top banner layout.
August 24, 2016 at 8:31 pm in reply to: Would like to change Meta Data format _EventStartDate #1155629Cliff
MemberHi Anne.
Instead of using those meta fields directly (i.e. raw database data), you should use our functions, such as tribe_get_start_date(), tribe_get_end_date(), and many other functions.
Please let me know if this answers your question.
