    Please provide a link to download the plugin that the WPDM shortcode comes from and also send me a screenshot of where/how you input this shortcode in the page (e.g. wp-admin post editor for a specific event or a different method)

    Typically it’d be an unlisted link in a private reply… but I did get a developer’s opinion on this and their response was that this isn’t likely an easy customization and therefore is outside our Scope of Support / Terms.

    Please reference our Themer’s Guide and then look for

    tribe_get_template_part( 'modules/bar' );

    in files like month.php, list.php, and day.php at /wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/views/

    and similarly at /wp-content/plugins/events-calendar-pro/src/views/

    Since this isn’t currently a known issue, I’d suggest following these recommended troubleshooting steps for your own site:

    There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?

    Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.

    If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to Twenty Seventeen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.

    Of course, we always recommend restorable database and file backups before modifying anything on your site.

    If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG (which will create a file on your server at /wp-content/debug.log if there are any WP_DEBUG messages) and share any debug messages you see while trying to replicate this issue and doing other things on your site relevant to this ticket (such as visiting your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and anything else you can think to do).

    Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts Mode) in a Private Reply. That will give me a lot of extra information to help troubleshoot this.

    You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)

    Hi. Please visit https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/ to de-register the site to free up the license.

    Then, please enter your same license key at your new domain’s wp-admin > Events > Settings > Licenses tab.

    Thanks for the details, but I cannot tell which line is 593.

    Regardless, I really cannot assist in troubleshooting their theme code, especially if it might only be a temporary fix for you and you plan to continue using a theme that doesn’t follow WordPress coding best practices (as best I understand the situation).

    I’m sorry if this wasn’t clear before, but it was a short-term recommendation. The code I shared with you will be coming in a future release, but I was suggesting that you could attempt to implement it yourself to get a head start checking if it will be a good fix for you or not.

    You certainly do not have to do this; it was an idea to try to get the fix (we hope) into your hands sooner than waiting for the release, especially important if it turns out not to solve your particular issue.
