MemberJust an update here, Diane.
In our Event Aggregator product, this is no longer an issue. If the start time is ppm and no end time is specified, it’ll import the event with 9pm as both the start and end time.
I see you’re not a current customer, but I still wanted to post this update for you and anyone else who may come back to this forum thread in the future.
Have a great week.

MemberI’m glad I could help (at least I think I did) in some way.
There’s currently a known bug that overriding the files in the /wp-content/plugins/event-tickets-plus/src/views/meta/ directory will not work, unfortunately.
I’ll mark this ticket as Pending Fix, which means this thread should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed as it’s in the development team’s hands now. They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release.
I apologize for this issue and appreciate your understanding and patience.
Cliff
MemberAh, I confirmed the same and have reported the bug. Sorry about this trouble.

Hopefully it helps. Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions on this topic.
For each file that is overridable via the Themer’s Guide, there will be comments in the top of the file to say where you can put your customized version in your active theme’s folder.
Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions on this topic.
Cliff
MemberAwesome! Glad to hear that.
Have a great week.
Cliff
MemberYou’re welcome. Regarding the inaccurate documentation, are you referring to this KB article or a different link?
Cliff
MemberI’m glad to hear that. Thanks for letting me know.
Have a great week.
Cliff
MemberSorry, but I’m not sure how I can advise you going forward. I don’t have any experience with your theme, and I am not sure how the CPT UI Custom Post plugin plays in here.
Maybe this information will help. Here are the custom post types:
- Events: tribe_events
- Organizers: tribe_venue
- Venues: tribe_organizer
Please let me know if you have any additional follow-up questions.

MemberI appreciate your question and the desire to customize it for your use. However, we cannot provide such in-depth customization help, per our Scope of Support / Terms.
If there’s a code snippet you’d like me to put some eyes on or something else I can help you with, please update this ticket or create a new ticket if it’s a separate issue.
Thank you very much for your understanding.
If you need some coding help, you may want to ask your developer or reference our documentation and list of known customizers.
You could request this as a new feature (or maybe search to see if the idea was already posted by someone else) at our plugins’ UserVoice page.
This allows others who are interested in that feature to easily voice their support. We frequently review suggestions there to find out which ones are popular, then we implement as many of them as we can.
If you post it / find it, feel free to link to it from here in case anyone comes across this forum thread in the future.
June 24, 2017 at 8:39 pm in reply to: Event Aggregator importing incorrect dates and times from Google Calendar #1303204Cliff
MemberI understand your situation and wish it wasn’t an issue.
If your purchase date was within the last 30 days, I could have done the full refund for you. However, since it’s been longer than that, please complete our Refund Request Form and link back to this thread for reference. They’ll do what they can for you. If agreeable to you, you might suggest they not refund anything and just swap your EA license for an Events Calendar PRO license.
Let me know if you have any follow-up questions about this topic.
Cliff
MemberCould you please send me a link to view the site in that state and also send me your System Information report while in that state?

Feel free to suggest specific edits you’d recommend to help other developers, too.
If not, no worries.
