MemberHi, Lori. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
I’d recommend visiting wp-admin > Settings > Permalinks > and re-save your Permalinks.
Then clear your site’s cache if you have that option.
Please let me know how this goes for you.
October 20, 2017 at 10:19 am in reply to: Single Woocommerce ticket "product" for event with multiple ticket types #1366687Cliff
MemberSince the snippet uses theĀ wootickets_after_save_ticket hook, it’ll set all things right whenever an event has a new ticket added or an existing ticket modified. To cleanup all your existing tickets data, you could modify one ticket per event or you could modify the snippet for a one-time “run all at once” sort of batch process.
The tickets are set to Virtual, as they should be. This snippet doesn’t change that, but it does modify the Visibility.
You could register the Event Categories taxonomy to the Products post type by running a command like this: https://github.com/moderntribe/the-events-calendar/blob/4.6.2/src/Tribe/Main.php#L1631

MemberHowdy! Good to see you. Say hi to Shelby.
I see you do not have any active licenses.
I found Order #1365663 from Oct 18, though, to renew PRO.
I’m unsure why the license didn’t reactivate, but I did it manually.
Please login toĀ https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/ to see if everything looks good on your end. Also checkĀ https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/ to see if this order number and receipt appears correct.
Please let me know what you find out.

MemberHi, Mandy.Ā Thanks for your interest in our plugin suite.
1)
Yes, via our Photo View, which is available in ourĀ Events Calendar PROĀ add-on.
You can see a demo at http://wpshindig.com/events/photo/
2)
In the Photo View? Yes, all the event featured images are linked to the event’s single page view.
3)
You could use one of our plugin’s widgets or shortcodesĀ to display events around your site.
Last but not least, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.
I hope this info helps. Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

MemberHi, Jacob.
The Photo View layout is generated via the Isotope script, which, by default, loads the items from top-left to top-right. Think of it as the order of reading the speech bubbles from a comic book or comic strip.
If you look closely at your Photo View, the most recent events are highest up the page and from left to right.
I understand your thinking about the Photo View’s events being out of order, but they’re actually not. The script has some options, such as fitRows, but the JavaScript isn’t reliably editable.
This third-party blog post might be helpful, but I’m unsure if it has kept current with our codebase.
Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions on this topic.

MemberHi, Leslie. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
We’ve received reports of this from several users but haven’t been able to replicate it. At this time, the only solution is to manually delete the duplicates.
To assist in troubleshooting, could you please provide the Google iCal URL you’re importing from?
Also, before deleting any duplicates, could you please check your wp_posts table to see the assigned author of them? I saw from another user that sometimes the author ID is set to zero, which is an error, and that the event’s Description is fully missing.
Please let me know what you find out.

MemberYou’re welcome.
Gravity Forms, Ninja Forms, Caldera Forms, and Formidable Forms would all probably be able to get things done if you’re going the full custom route.
Have a great rest of your week.

MemberExcellent! Great find and thanks for letting us know.

MemberI understand and will reply as soon as we have an update from them. If time is a concern–and because each Chained Payments account is handled individually-you could contact them directly to further discuss and try to get things working for your specific account.
October 19, 2017 at 8:02 pm in reply to: Multiple duplicate events created by Event Aggregator from Google Calendar #1366268Cliff
MemberRocky, just checking in here. I’m still awaiting some help from developers looking into this for us. Sorry it’s taking a bit longer than expected.
While we’re waiting, are there any other trends you noticed that are continuing to happen?
Cliff
MemberThanks for the details, Nick.
1)
The string comes from /wp-content/plugins/event-tickets-plus/src/Tribe/Commerce/WooCommerce/Main.php
The string may not yet be translated. Please referenceĀ Translating the premium plugins.
2)
I logged this bug.
3)
It does not add a notification that emails have been send (important feature to our customer support-team)
I want to be clear about what you’re needing. Could you please explain further, possibly via a screen capture video?
