    I know that this is not the right forum, but there’s no option for someone who can’t find their password.

    My client purchased a license and we just realized that it’s not working on the new site. We will be replacing the old site with the new one.

    How do I transfer the license from the old site to the new one?

    Also, apparently although I duplicated the site, the regular version and not the Pro is on the new site.

    Hi, Andrew.

    I see your account username is farlane

    You can use our password reset feature when trying to login.

    Once logged in, you can go to https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/ to disconnect a site’s license; then it’ll be freed up for the next site you want to assign it to.
