Just renewed, have receipt, but still no licences are found

    so i just renewed my pro license, got the confirmation screen, and the receipt via email. but i go to download or update my plugin and it says i have no licenses found. so…. what’s the deal?

    i’ve waited for a day to see if my license that i paid for was maybe delayed somehow… but i’m still seeing the message that my license is expired. can i please get this resolved for my client? thanks!

    I see you do not have any active licenses.

    I found Order #1365663 from Oct 18, though, to renew PRO.

    I’m unsure why the license didn’t reactivate, but I did it manually.

    Please login to https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/ to see if everything looks good on your end. Also check https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/ to see if this order number and receipt appears correct.

    Please let me know what you find out.
