Participanthammer72,
Thanks for getting in touch! Unfortunately this functionality is not currently supported in the Community Add-on. The plugin you’re using might have some kind of filter you could possibly use to to override this. If this is something you’d like to see in a future release, I would suggest submitting it as an idea on our UserVoice page. Our team periodically reviews the most popular ideas for possible inclusion in a future release of the plugin.Hopefully that helps to answer your questions. Thanks! 🙂

Participantefromdc,
Thanks for reaching out! Regarding your questions, as of version 3.5, The Events Calendar is fully mobile responsive, which means it should work well when viewing on a mobile device. Are you not seeing that on your end? I’m noticing that you have some minification scripts turned on, which can affect the responsive functionality. Try turning that off and see if that helps things.Thanks! 🙂

Participantmathewemoore,
Thanks for getting in touch! If you’re talking about this area: http://grab.by/xlmE, then you should be able to update that with the following CSS:
.single-tribe_events .tribe-events-schedule {
background:transparent !important;
}
Give that a try and let me know if you have further questions. Thanks! 🙂

ParticipantTom,
Thanks for getting in touch! Since the Community Submission form just creates a new post (with the status that you designate in your Community settings), then you should be able to use any of the core WordPress hooks to achieve what you are looking to do:* {$new_status}_{$post->post_type} would work as you pointed out – http://adambrown.info/p/wp_hooks/hook/%7B$new_status%7D_%7B$post-%3Epost_type%7D
* wp_insert_post is another – http://adambrown.info/p/wp_hooks/hook/wp_insert_post
* save_post is yet another – http://adambrown.info/p/wp_hooks/hook/save_postHope that helps. Thanks! 🙂

Participantrbadman,
Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear you’re having trouble here, but hopefully I can help. Often times the WordPress permalink settings can get “stuck.” Can you visit the Permalink Settings page, confirm everything there is correct and hit update? That might help to refresh to rewrite rules table. With that done, see if the page is accessible as expected.Thanks! 🙂

Participantbeourguest,
Thanks for getting in touch! At first glance, this seems like an issue with your theme. Can you try temporarily reverting to the default 2013 theme to see if this issue persists? I suspect that this is an issue with your theme, but just want to narrow it down a bit before troubleshooting further.Give that a try and let me know what you discover. Thanks! 🙂

ParticipantMatt,
Thanks for responding! Let me address these questions individually:I am developing the site locally so its not on a live server. I can send you a picture of the problem if you let me know how.
Unfortunately a URL would be best, so I can view the page source and investigate further.
Also – is there a way to change the url at the top to mysite/events instead of mysite/calendars
Definitely! Just go to ‘Events->Settings’ and you’ll see the ‘Events URL slug’ option (screenshot).
Let me know if that helps to answer your questions. Thanks! 🙂

ParticipantHey bobski,
Thanks for getting in touch! Yes, we’re definitely aware of the Venue link issue and will be releasing a fix for it very soon. In the mean time, you can look at @barry’s reply here, which will serve as a temporary workaround.Give that a try and let me know if solves your issue. Thanks! 🙂

ParticipantExcellent! Thanks for confirming that this got you sorted. Since it looks like you’re all set, I’m going to mark this thread “Answered” and close it out.
By the way, if you have a minute or two, we would love it if you’d write a few words for us here: http://m.tri.be/jw
Thanks in advance. 🙂

ParticipantBen,
I’m seeing the modified media attribute on the <link> attribute (screenshot), but I just realized that the ‘Find Events Menu’ needs at least a minimum width of 728px in order to display properly, or it switches to the smaller, responsive view. So, in the future, your parent container will need to be at least a width of 728px in order for the full menu bar to display.Since you’ve confirmed that your issue is resolved here, I’m going to mark this thread “Answered” and close it out.

ParticipantLars,
With our latest update, you’ll notice in our latest version (3.6) that you can now perform template overrides on the Single Event Meta area. The themer’s guide has been updated with this info as well (screenshot). Thanks! 🙂-Casey-
