ParticipantNicholas,
Thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear you’re having trouble here, but hopefully I can help. Our Events Calendar will use the Page Template that you specify in ‘Events->Settings->Display->Events Template.’ By default the ‘Default Events Template’ is used, and typically provides the most conflict-free experience. You could also try your theme’s ‘Default Page Template’ as an alternative.Try changing your settings there and see if that fixes the issue. Thanks! 🙂

ParticipantJim,
Thanks for getting in touch! Unfortunately, our plugin only allows one Venue per event, but you could definitely add some details for the second venue in the Event Description as a workaround. Hope that helps! Thanks! 🙂-Casey-
@Larry,
If your question is the same as the above please do feel free to monitor this thread, but if you need assistance for your own specific scenario it would be great if you could create a fresh thread of your own. Thanks!Casey
Participantbaynature,
Thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear you’re having trouble here, but hopefully I can help. This is a known issue with WP Engine, since they limit the length of SQL queries. Try adding the following to your wp-config.php file, which should hopefully disable that limit in WP Engine:define( 'WPE_GOVERNOR', false );Give that a shot and let me know if it resolves the issue. Thanks! 🙂

ParticipantAdam,
Thanks for getting in touch! I’m not sure our plugin would be the right fit for what you’re describing. By default, our plugin doesn’t have any way to limit the amount of tickets a single person can purchase. With that being said, our plugin has many hooks and filters that would allow you to execute custom code (if you’re comfortable writing PHP code) to perform different customizations.Hopefully that helps to answer your questions, but let me know if I can help further. Thanks! 🙂

ParticipantDaniella,
Thanks for getting in touch! I suspect that this might be related to a caching plugin or another plugin that you have installed. Could you try testing for conflicts and let me know what you discover? Thanks! 🙂

ParticipantErica,
Thanks for getting in touch and I’m so sorry to hear you’re having trouble here, but hopefully I can help. At this point, I think your best bet is to start fresh and see if that helps to resolve some of these issues. I would suggest installing a third-party plugin, event rocket, that will allow you to delete all Event-related data and start fresh. After installing the plugin, go to ‘Tools->Event Data Clean Up’ to remove all Calendar data. Keep in mind that this will delete all Events-related data, so I would definitely make sure to back up your database first, just in case you decide that you needed that data afterall.
Give that a try and let me know if that helps to resolve the issue. Thanks! 🙂

ParticipantExcellent! Thanks for confirming that this got you sorted. Since it looks like you’re all set, I’m going to mark this thread “Answered” and close it out.
By the way, if you have a minute or two, we would love it if you’d write a few words for us here: http://m.tri.be/lo

ParticipantSomething strange is happening in your theme that seems to be causing the Javascript ‘click’ event to fire twice. I’m noticing similar behavior with your mobile menu as well. You might see if there’s some custom Javsacript, or another plugin’s javascript that’s causing this strange behavior, as I’m unable to replicate using the Default 2013 theme.
Hopefully that helps to shed some light on the issue for you. Good luck! 🙂

Participantbtellock,
You should be able to perform a template override on ‘plugins/the-events-calendar/views/month/single-event.php’ (review our themer’s guide for instructions on template overrides), and then just modify the contents of the H3 tag at the bottom of that file to also use tribe_get_start_date().That should get you started in the right direction. Thanks! 🙂

ParticipantMassound,
If this is something you’d like to see in a future release, I would suggest submitting it as an idea on our UserVoice page. Our team periodically reviews the most popular ideas for possible inclusion in a future release of the plugin.Since this code is in your theme’s functions.php file, you should only have to reapply it if you update your theme and your functions.php file gets overwritten.
Hopefully that helps to clear up any confusion, but let me know if you have further questions. Thanks! 🙂

Participantlaurahknight,
Thanks for getting in touch! The Photo view currently uses the ‘medium’ sized thumbnail image. To fix this, try the following:- Go to ‘Settings->Media’ and modify the dimensions that are defined for your medium sized thumbnail to be something larger.
- Install and activate Ajax Thumbnail Rebuild
- Go to ‘Tools->Rebuild Thumbnails’, check the ‘medium’ sized option, and check ‘Only rebuild featured images’ and then click ‘Rebuild All Thumbnails’
That should hopefully fix the issue for you, but let me know if you need further help after following those steps. Thanks! 🙂
