I think this thread has the answer you are looking for https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/event-cost-disappears-with-wootickets/
You will have to add a little code but then you will be on your way!
Does this make sense? Let me know if this doesn’t work for you.

Unfortunately that level of customization typically goes beyond the scope of the forums.
However with a little coding, this blog post should put you on the right path https://theeventscalendar.com/how-to-add-events-to-your-rss-feed/
Look at the second half of the post, where you add start date/time. Replace that information with ‘the_post_thumbnail()’ instead, and it should work.
These are only high level tips, you’ll need to do some troubleshooting. But if you have questions that are in the scope of the forum I’d be happy to help!

The featured images for the event and ticket product are separate, because they are separate ‘things’ (custom post types) in the WP database. There can be multiple tickets per event, so that is an additional reason to keep the images separate.
To set the thumbnail for the ticket, you need to add it to it’s product page, just like you would an event.
Does this make sense? Let me know if this doesn’t work for you.

MemberHello ccvbcalendar,
Honestly, I think the personal license will be just fine to get you started, as the second site is on a subdomain. You can always upgrade to Business at reduced cost if you decide to grow.
WooCommerce Tickets is our most popular e-commerce solution and my personal favorite. I would definitely recommend it above the others.
Does this make sense? Let me know if I can explain anything else!
Cheers!

For future reference, you can always find all of your posts on your activity page https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/users/ccvbcalendar/
If this is correct, I’ll close this thread as a duplicate.

MemberHi Cheryl!
Is this the same multisite set up as before? I’m not sure it matters, but it might be good to know.
Ultimately, I’m not sure this has much to do with our plugin. If the order completes successfully, at that point it is the responsibility of WooCommerce. Otherwise, there are a number of of moving pieces on your server for sending out mail. So that depends a lot on your configuration. (Many times I just for get to start postfix, for example)
I believe this is the screen you want for the email notifications though, in WooCommerce:
/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings&tab=email§ion=wc_email_new_orderDoes this make sense? Let me know if this doesn’t work for you.

MemberHello faith,
Sorry to hear about your difficulties!
Migrations can be finicky, but can be very simple if done properly. Typically for my migrations I do an entire site sql dump, search/replace the entire file for the old/new urls and then import the sql to the next db. Otherwise it is easy to miss important fields.
Could I get a detailed description of your site migration? Did you use a plugin, or some other mechanism?
Can you provide a link (or expected link) for this piece? By category do you mean ‘role’?
There was no longer an events contributor category in users.
This blog post might explain your duplicate problem. If you use the included duplicate cleanup plugin, you might be able to clean up your events that way.
Some events showed up as duplicates on the calendar and when I moved one of them to the trash they continued to be listed on the calendar.
Please make sure you have a recent backup of your site before you start! I’m assuming nothing bad will happen, but better to be safe than sorry.
Does this make sense? Let me know if this doesn’t work for you.
Cheers!

MemberHello culinaryschools,
Thanks for upgrading! Once we sort this out I’m sure you’ll love it even more!
Could I get a copy of your CSV in a private reply? Do you have trouble uploading other types of files (images, etc)?
Thanks!

MemberHello oscmedia,
Thanks for contacting us, sorry for the frustration!
At Modern Tribe we work hard to release polished and clean, professional software. However in the open source market place, this is not always the case.
Before submitting a support post, we ask users to deactivate all plugins and change to a theme like Twentytwelve, as a proven way to check for conflicts.
Ideally, they will do this on a local, development, or staging environment. It’s possibly a little tedious, but it is the surest and most efficient way to get to the root of a complicated issue. We know this after years of combined experience troubleshooting technological problems of all shapes and sizes.
If the issue still occurs on a normalized system, there is more than likely a problem with our plugin (a bug).
If the issue goes away on a normalized system, there is more than likely conflict with another plugin or theme that is not ours.
This is an integral part of our troubleshooting process. By reactivating plugins one at a time, checking the problem with each activation, you can immediately find out where the conflict is. Otherwise, it is a difficult (impossible) guessing game.
Can you please deactivate your plugins and theme, to confirm the problem goes away. Please reactivate each piece, until the problem comes back. Please let us know which plugin causes the problem.
This will be the fastest way to troubleshoot the issue.
Cheers!

Could I get some more information? A quick scan of your site show that several events are posting just as expected.

Where are you seeing the 404s?

MemberHello crossfitcentercity,
Sorry you are experiencing this! I bet it can be frustrating.
all I see is a page that tells me I need to install WordPress
Can you expand on this part a bit? I’ve never heard a situation before where deleting one event would bring down an entire site. Could you offer screenshots of your process?
Here are some excellent tools for uploading some screenshots!
Thanks
