Thanks for emailing support. Looks like something may be missing. I would say reinstall WordPress by going to Dashboard > Updates > Re-install. If that does work, can you also try testing for conflicts with your theme and other plugins? If you would prefer not to do this on your live site, WP Staging will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing. Let me know what you find!

Hello there,

Usually you can solve this by going to Events > Settings > Display tab > Events template dropdown and select “Default events template” from the list. Save the setting then check if that fixes it.

Thanks for emailing support. Unfortunately, its limited to one license (calendar) per domain name or website. I have seen some users setup a subdomain and create a separate calendar but like you say its going to be extra work and not an automated process.

Thanks for emailing support. Each event would have to be a separate event but you can use shortcodes to display events by category, venue, organizer, etc with The Events Calendar Pro plugin.

Supported is limited with 3rd party plugins but, can you enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG (which will create a file on your server at /wp-content/debug.log if there are any WP_DEBUG messages) and share any debug messages you see while trying to replicate this issue and doing other things on your site relevant to this ticket.

Send me what errors you are receiving and I will see if I can see anything that stands out.

If the event spans over multiple days then yes, however if its the same event over multiple days then it would show as separate events.

Thanks for emailing support and sorry you are having issues. Extensions can be tricky. I know the all in one migration plugin itself does work with our latest plugins but not sure on extensions. Unfortunately, our support is limited on 3rd party plugins/extensions. Some things you can try are reaching out to the plugin developer and enabling WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG (which will create a file on your server at /wp-content/debug.log if there are any WP_DEBUG messages) and share any debug messages with the plugin developer to see where there may be a conflict.

By design if you place your cursor in the date field and hit time it will take you to start time then end time with another tab and then end date. If tab from start time is taking you to the all day checkbox, something is not working correctly. Could possibly be a conflict with your theme or another plugin. Can you try testing for conflicts with your theme and other plugins?
