ParticipantI’m having some issues with the iCal export for single events.
The Google Calendar option is working fine – but not the iCal.
When clicking the iCal export button the page reloads but nothing else is happening.
Please help.

Thanks for emailing support and sorrry you are experiencing issues. Looking at the site, I do see some console errors so there may be a conflict with a plugin or the theme. Can you try testing for conflicts with your theme and other plugins? If you would prefer not to do this on your live site, WP Staging will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing. Let me know what you find!

After doing the steps you supplied I found the conflicting plugins:
Event Manager and Event Manager Pro https://eventsmanagerpro.com/[cid:[email protected]]
I have to use both your event plugin and this event plugin to satisfy the demand of functionality of the site.
Can you help me resolve this conflict, please?

Supported is limited with 3rd party plugins but, can you enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG (which will create a file on your server at /wp-content/debug.log if there are any WP_DEBUG messages) and share any debug messages you see while trying to replicate this issue and doing other things on your site relevant to this ticket.
Send me what errors you are receiving and I will see if I can see anything that stands out.
