KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support and sorry you having issues saving the ticket. Usually this happens because of conflict with the theme or another plugin. Can you try testing for conflicts with your theme and other plugins? If you would prefer not to do this on your live site, WP Staging will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing. Let me know what you find!
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support! Duplicating wasn’t an option but you may have used a separate plugin that duplicates posts which can be used to duplicate events as well.
Hope that helps!
Thanks,

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support and sorry you are having issues with the Google calendar import.
From the screenshot it looks like the URL is the embed URL. Try this for me, head over to your Google Calendar and click the settings icon next to the Calendar name and select “Calendar Settings”. Scroll down to the private section and click the green ical button to get the link.
Try that URL and let me know if it works.
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for considering our products! Yes, this scenario would be a recurring event so tickets would not work. The only way to do something like this with our plugin is to create a new event each day with a new set of tickets.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi there,
Its definitely something I feel would be a great feature however its currently not possible. However, other users have asked for this. Feel free to vote on the feature request. The more votes, the more likely it is something our team will invest in developing.
One workaround thing you can do with the current issue, is cancel out the ticket in question and give the new user a coupon to register for the event. This way they are in your system and get the ticket sent to their email.
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi There,
Yes, we can keep that license, we would just swap out the filter bar license. If you need to do ticket sales as well and have the user add events then the Community Bundle would be your best price and we can switch out the filter bar for Events Calendar Pro.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support and sorry you are having issues.
I see that when you turn the event into a series it then becomes uneditable. Definelty sounds like there is some type of conflict. Can you also try testing for conflicts with your theme and other plugins? If you would prefer not to do this on your live site, WP Staging will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing. Let me know what you find!
Thanks,

KeymasterHi there,
Welcome back to our forums! I’d be happy to help you out with this.
Changing the Email Recipient
By default, there is only one email address collected at the time the order is submitted. It sounds like you may have created a custom ticket field to collect attendee info separate from the billing info collected at checkout?
It would be possible to change the recipient to an email collected from a custom ticket field, however this would require a code customization. Unfortunately, this level of customization is outside the scope of what we are currently able to offer, but I would recommend taking a look at our Themer’s Guide, which has great tips on customizing our plugins. If you need help with the code, we do have a list of freelancers we can recommend.
Customizing Email Templates
When an order is completed, the customer should receive two emails, one confirming the purchase (from WooCommerce), and one from us with the actual tickets. You can customize the templates by copying them into your theme and editing them there. Note: It is highly recommended that you use a child theme to avoid your changes being lost with future theme updates.
Our template can be found at wp-content/plugins/event-tickets-plus/src/Tribe/Commerce/WooCommerce/Email.php
WooCommerce Template Customization Guide
I know that was a lot of information, so please don’t hesitate to ask any questions you may have!

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support!
Yes, with Events Calendar Pro you can add shortcodes that target specific venues or organizers.

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for reaching out, I’m happy to help! ?
Unfortunately, displaying multiple months is not a built in feature of the plugin at this time.

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing and considering our products! You are correct there isn’t a bundle listed. However, you can purchase the importer bundle with 3 plugins and we can switch out the filter bar plugin for the Event Aggregator. Once you purchase, just send in another ticket or reply to this thread to get that completed for you.
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi Fanny,
Definitely could be a possibility. Would require some custom development and obviously no guarantees the plugins would play nicely with each other.
You can check our list of customizers as well who specializes in custom development tasks such as this.
Thanks,

KeymasterAnytime!

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support!
If a user is a WordPress Editor or Administrator, they should be able to edit any of the events via wp-admin.
However, if you’re wanting such users to be able to edit via Community Events front-end form, that may require customized coding to accomplish this. I don’t believe we have an existing code snippet available to provide to you at this time for this. But we do have a list of customizers that may be able to help
You might benefit from a plugin like User Role Editor (or others like it), but we don’t provide support for using such a plugin.
Thanks,
