I have installed Events Calendar, Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus on a site. I have been able to create an event, then when I go to add a ticket and click “Save Ticket” but nothing happens and no ticket is created. I’m not sure what I’m missing. Any ideas?
Thanks for emailing support and sorry you having issues saving the ticket. Usually this happens because of conflict with the theme or another plugin. Can you try testing for conflicts with your theme and other plugins? If you would prefer not to do this on your live site, WP Staging will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing. Let me know what you find!
Hi thank you for the suggestion but still no luck. I set the theme back and disabled all plugins including WooCommerce, so that the only thing I could add was an RSVP. When trying to create an RSVP the same thing happens. I get the indication something is happening when I click save, but nothing actually saves and no message comes up telling me it saved. I’m a bit under the gun as my client was expecting to have this functionality today or tomorrow so if there’s anything else you can think of I’d appreciate it.
