Thanks for emailing support. We haven’t had this questions before so it’s hard to say. The best way to find out is to try it out with the free version. If it works with the free version, it will most likely work with the PRO version as well.

Thanks for emailing support. Good question and I would assume if deposits work with regular woocommerce than you wouldn’t have a problem with this since the ticket is technically just a product. If for some reason, it’s not an option, we do offer a 30-day refund.

Thanks for emailing support. There are a few ways to go about this but not really what you mentioned out of the box. Definitely possible with custom development. Best to set up categories so you can layout the events by categories using the shortcode options. That way you can control which events show up in different views.

Thanks for emailing support. You will be asked if you want to renew but you can also cancel the auto-renewal.
At your License Keys page, find the license(s) you want to modify and simply click the toggle button from “Auto-renew ON” to “Auto-renew OFF”. Note that your Renewal Date will not change but will be renamed to your Expiration Date.

Sorry about that. The search will only search for events in the current month if you are in month view. If you are in list view, it will pull up multiple months. You can try out the different views on our demo site.
