GuestWe noticed today that on our website you can no longer scroll down to view the full monthly events calendar as there is no scroll on that page. We are also unable to switch to different months.
We did not make any changes nor did we download anything new recently so we are at a miss as to why the site is not functioning properly and we need to access it with urgency. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated so we can resume full use/features of our calendar.

KeymasterThanks for reaching out! I’d be happy to help you with this, but first will you please post this question in ourEvents Calendar PRO forum? We use the Pre-Sales forum to answer questions about the features of our premium plugins for those interested in purchasing them.
If you have not purchased one of our premium plugins, you can post in our community forum on wordpress.org, which we review weekly to check for bug reports. If you need more in-depth support, you will need to purchase a license.

Thank you for this. I will happily post this on the other forum in order to get some assistance. However, in trying to do so the site is saying I am not logged in though I am therefore not allowing me to post a new topic. Any suggestions there? Is the forum site experiencing some issues that is preventing preexisting users from logging in today?
At this time our Events calendar on the company’s site has been inoperable for two weeks so the sooner we can resolve this the better.

Yes, its the WordPress.org website, so you can create a free account. Once you have an account, you can post the question for our support team who handles this plugin.
