    Thanks for emailing support. Usually, when we see this, it means there were some customizations made to the event calendar that need to be updated. Do you know if any customizations were added to the functions.php file?

    If not, to get you started on troubleshooting: First, please make sure you are using the most current versions of all of our plugins. You can also try reinstalling them by following these instructions. If that doesn’t help, the next step in troubleshooting this is going to be testing for conflicts with your theme and other plugins (with WP_DEBUG enabled). If you need a testing environment, the free WP Staging plugin will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for emailing support and considering our products. In regards to options on tickets and discounts with multiple tickets, there isn’t a built-in feature to offer this. I’ve seen customers use add-ons with Woocommerce to accomplish this and get creative with creating coupons in Woocommerce. So essentially, yes its possible but you will need to leverage additional Woocommerce functionality to accomplish exactly what you are looking for. In regards to buying tickets in pairs, this isn’t an option since there is no way to get attendee info. Each ticket would need to be added separately and the attendee info would be added to each ticket.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for emailing support. Usually, in these cases, its because there is too much going on in the background and not enough memory limit to update. Contact your hosting and ensure you have the memory limit set to a minimum of 256M. It looks like you have a few plugins on the site that require a lot of memory like revolution slider. Most hosting companies will set the limit to 128M by default.

    Thanks for emailing support. Usually, in these cases, its because there is too much going on in the background and not enough memory limit to update. Contact your hosting and ensure you have the memory limit set to a minimum of 256M. I see you have jetpack as well and we have seen this issue when jetpack is running, so to check and see, deactivate jetpack next time this happens and see if you are able to update.

    With that being said, we’d love to help point you in the right direction.
