ParticipantHowdy Markus,
It sounds like you have a different issue as you are not running the Community plugin. We try to keep every topic focused on one person’s issue. And in the presales forum we can only help with presales question.
Since you need assistance here you can either purchase support access and get help right from us, or you can checkout the volunteer forums over on WordPress.org: The Events Calendar.
Does that all make sense? Cheers!

ParticipantHowdy Alex,
We have talked about the possibility of providing phone support, but do not currently. I will let the highers ups know there is another person interested in this.
I just talked with the primary developer for Event Tickets Plus, and neither he nor I can recall a time when the “admin new order email” contained the event details. It’s possible it did in an old version of WooCommerce we have both forgotten, but it never should have in Event Tickets Plus. However, if you were testing out purchasing a ticket yourself you would likely have received two emails. One was the admin order email like your shared in your first post, and the second contained the tickets themselves and the full event details. The second ticket email is always sent to whoever purchased the ticket, which is typically not the site owner.
Did you have a customization in place that added more details to the admin new order email? Or, perhaps sent you the site owner a duplicate email containing the tickets? If so you might need to remake that customization.
You can cusotmize the email by creating a Woo Template Override for /wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/templates/emails/admin-new-order.php . The email itself is generated by WooCommerce, so you will have to modify it by following their instructions.
I am sorry I could not be of more help with this. It is puzzling to us that you saw more details before than you do now.

ParticipantHowdy Tim,
You do not need Events Calendar Pro to import iCal files with recurring events. Any .ics recurring events are converted to a bunch of single events when imported via iCal, thus making them work with and without Pro.
I am stoked the error is gone. Since you marked this resolved I am going to archive the topic. Let us know if you ever need anything else. Cheers!

ParticipantThat’s a good question. Enqueueing scripts is a good practice for theme and plugin developers. The main reason to use the enqueue system is because it prevents plugins/themes from loading the same script twice, and allows the site owner (you) to dequeue and make changes as needed.
Using the enqueue system is generally an unnecessary step for site owners like you in this sort of situation though. You already know this script is not going to be loaded by a third party plugin. And any modifications you need to make like choosing when to enqueue and dequeue you can already do since you are the site owner. So it’s up to you. You can learn the enqueue or just plop it in the footer. Both are good options. 🙂

ParticipantYou are very welcome! We will definitely be here to help with what we can. And if a theme author needs to talk to us directly or needs access to one of our plugins we’re happy to get in touch directly.
Since you marked this resolved I am going to archive it. But if you need anything else feel free to open another topic. Cheers!

ParticipantHowdy abarragree,
Good question. I see you are using the Virtue theme. I just checked their changelog, and it looks like on Dev 9th they release version 3.3.9 of that theme. This included a tie-in with our plugin! They basically added a custom theme to make our plugin look at home inside of the theme. One of the things they did was move the details to the sidebar.
http://docs.kadencethemes.com/virtue/#changelog
You can move the details section by one of the following options:
- Asking the theme author.
- Downgrading the theme to 3.3.8.
- Going into the theme folder and renaming the tribe-events folder to tribe-events-bak.
If I were you I would try option 1. Option 3 is the least desirable. The author would probably be keen to hear your feedback, and also find out why you want to move the section. They might even be considering offering multiple theme options, one with the sidebar and one without. All of this will be up to the theme author though, as I do not even have access to the theme nor an understanding of how precisely to modify that portion of it.
Does that all make sense? Will that work for you? Please let me know.
Cheers!

ParticipantHowdy Christopher,
That’s certainly a unique issue. I would love to help you with this.
When I visit any of your recurring events I get an error message like this:
The requested page "/wp/index.php/event/peridance-pre-professional-ballet-for-boys-8-12/2016-02-08/" could not be found. When I refresh, the page continues to show that error message and the URL does not change/forward.
Obviously though that’s still a problem. To debug something like thisI would follow this tutorial faithfully, as you are essentially dealing with this exact problem: Troubleshooting 404 Page Not Found error Does following those steps help identify the problem?
Cheers!

ParticipantHowdy Patrick,
I would love to help you with this.
Before doing anything I would make a backup if I were you, just to be doubly safe. Tutorial: Making Backups.
I actually don’t see any reason why you can’t simply deactivate the plugin on your network, and uninstall it. Then install the zip from your site admin. This should not remove any data, but your backup will help you be extra sure. In fact, I think you will see all of your events just appear once you activate the plugin. You will need to reinput your license key, and double check all of your event settings to make sure they are still accurate. But in theory it should be pretty seamless.
Can you give that a go? Is it as seamless as I’m picturing?
Cheers!
