Trying to rebuild website but licence keys don't work

Hi

I’m trying to rebuild a website but the original developers are no longer involved.
They have provided me with the licence keys for Woo Tickets, Events Calendar Pro & Event Tickets Plus, all of which I originally purchased through them for the site (www.jalarra.com).

Now, when I enter the licence keys for the Modern Tribe products, I get “Sorry, this key is out of installs”.
I have no registered account with Modern Tribe, so I am unable to log into any admin area to release and re-register the keys (as advised in other forum threads).

Any help/advice would be much appreciated.

We would love to help you figure this out. We need to be able to find the account first, then we can look into it and try and find some way for you to verify that its yours.

Could you email the license key(s) to support @ this website? Perhaps link to this thread as well. From there we can research the license keys to find them in our database.
