MemberHi,
Thanks for using the Events Calendar.
Here on the pre-sales forum, I’m afraid we do not provide technical support. I would ask that you take any technical support questions across to our wordpress.org forum – our staff scan it periodically and other community members may also be able to help out.
If you have purchased a plugin from us, please login and post in the premium forums for that plugin and we can help you out there:
https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/
Thanks again!

MemberHi Tom,
It should be in the next major release. (4.1)
If not please create a new ticket if you are still having issues.
Thanks
Brian
MemberOk we are looking to release Pro 4.0.6 later this week and the fix will be in there.
Thanks
Brian
MemberThanks for the link.
I tested your site and get this error:
“NetworkError: 500 Internal Server Error – http://yoursite.ch/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php”
I believe the error is happening because there is no results for the search and there is a glitch that calls the wrong class when that happens.
We have a fix for this issue coming out on Wednesday hopefully.
I believe this is the case as when I search for something that exists it does work.
So Pro 4.0.6 coming out later this week should fix this.
Does that work for you?
Brian
MemberGreat, glad it helps, I am going to go ahead and close this ticket, but if you need help on this or something else please post a new ticket.
Thanks!

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.
You can follow our themer’s guide:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/
To move and edit this file:
plugins/the-events-calendar-community-events/src/views/community/modules/image.php
In your theme here:
your-child-theme/tribe-events/community/modules/image.php
You could removed everything after this in the file:
if ( ! defined( 'ABSPATH' ) ) {
die( '-1' );
}And that will remove the image upload for you.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.
By default once you delete an event that was imported by the iCal Importer it still remains in the database so it is not imported again.
I found this plugin will delete those events:
Optimize Database after Deleting Revisions
Make sure in the settings you click Delete trashed items before running the optimizier.
There should not be any issues with this, but it is a good idea to backup your database before running it.
Also please note we answer support questions Monday Through Friday.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you.
I took a look at that ID and I think it is not importing or recognizing the page is because it has age restrictions as it is a bar.
Using the ID only: 313598195444935
I get this message:
Events from 313598195444935 are not importing because Facebook has returned an error, “Unsupported get request.” That error is usually due to an age or country restriction in that Facebook Page’s settings, please see our Facebook API Errors article for options to resolve this.
I tried to import a single event from it and it gave me the warning that there is some kind of restriction.
Through the Facebook API the importer is only able to import public events.
The owner of the Facebook Page needs to remove restrictions on it for you to be able to import events.
There is not other way around that unfortunately.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.
I removed the license key, you do not ever need to provide that as we have it in our account.
I am not sure what you are asking.
We have this guide to moving a license:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-your-license-keys/
And more guides for license related issues here:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase-category/install-licenses/
Also, you can download the latest version of the Premium plugins from your account and find your license for Event Ticktets Plus there, which is different then WooCommerce Tickets.
And finally we have this guide to moving to Event Tickets Plus:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-to-event-tickets-plus/
Let me know if that helps or you are looking for something else.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi,
That is an old event so not going to be helpful in finding the issue as it will not import anymore. Unless you see it still importing even though it is a past event.
Do you have any other future events that are duplicating?
I am testing an event on my site and changing information in Facebook to see if it then duplicates in WordPress.
I changed the title, venue, description, and those did not trigger a duplicate of events.
I will continue testing, but so far not able to replicate.
