Hi,
Our project acquired the Events Calendar Pro license in February 2014 and renewed in February 2015, but the site build was delayed the start of this year. The ONLY Pro feature that our site needs is Recurring events. We had an open support ticket where someone was helping us with a critical bug with the recurring events feature.
We have checked our e-mails and never saw a notice to renew our plugin license, so our PRO license has expired. It doesn’t seem wise for us to pay not only the renewal fee, but the full price fee (since apparently there’s no renewal rate if your license expires) without being certain that the recurring event feature is going to work for us.
Please advise.

We are willing to renew our license again at the renewal rate, if you can confirm that renewals are eligible for refund (in case our recurring event support ticket is not resolved to our satisfaction).
Let us know ~ Thanks

February 15, 2016 at 8:25 am #1073297BrianKeymasterHi,
Yes we do provide a refund on the renewal and the renewal rate should have shown in your cart after adding the product automatically.
Nico, will be responding today on your other ticket.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions about the renewal.
Thanks
