    Hi,

Thanks for using the Events Calendar.

Here on the pre-sales forum, I’m afraid we do not provide technical support. I would ask that you take any technical support questions across to our wordpress.org forum – our staff scan it periodically and other community members may also be able to help out.

    Thanks again!

Having said that, this looks to be coming from the Meetup Oembed. So just adding in a link should generate it if you have this plugin:

    Thanks again!

    Hi,

You had you original WooCommerce Tickets Purchase and that license expires on 2016-03-01 so the Event Tickets Plus license will expire then as well:
    tribe-wootickets Personal Expiration: 2016-03-01
    event-tickets-plus Personal Expiration: 2016-03-01

There is no purchase for ETP and that expires here:
    event-tickets-plus Personal Expiration: 2017-02-20

So that is the license you would want to use.

You can find that license in your account on the license page.

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Thanks

It does not work with the minutes.

We have a filter that does, but no guide on how to use it.

This thread has a bit more information on it:

    Default Start/End Times for Events

I might be able to get a simple filter working on this.

    Let me know.

    Hi Dirk,

It does not have features to Community Tickets.

If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.

    http://tribe.uservoice.com/

Otherwise, there is nothing else to add to this temporary work around so I am closing the ticket. We are still working on this feature, but if you have any questions in the mean time please create a new ticket and reference this one.

    Thanks

Yes that is the start of the list view template:

    /wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/views/list.php

The rest are in this directory:

    plugins/the-events-calendar/src/views/list

Thanks for the interest in our Non Profit Program.

I do not see an entry in the forms on the 10th for anyone.

Please fill out the form again and then let me know and I will confirm it is in our system to process:

    Hi,

Sorry for the issues here. I can work with you to resolve this.

If you updated The Events Calendar to 4.0 and leave Community Events at 3.12.x or earlier it will break the site. If you cannot update Community Events for whatever reason you should remain on 3.12.6 for the Events Calendar and follow the steps below to set that up.

Unfortunately, the only way to fix it is to access the files of you site and delete the older version of Community Events. This process itself does not delete or change any of your settings in the database.

This can be done by either your hosting account file manager or through ftp. The files will be found here:

    wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar-community-events/

Please make sure to remove all copies of Community Events.

That will bring your site back and then you can download the latest version of Community Events (4.0) from your account here and manually upload it to your site.

We also have this guide for manual updates:

    Manual Updates

If you need your site right away with community events I recommended downgrading to the 3.12.x for all the plugins.

You can download the older versions from your account here on theeventscalendar.com and older versions of the core plugin here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar/developers/

And follow these steps for manual updates:

    Manual Updates

If you have issues please let me know and I can help out.

    Thanks

Ok thanks. I am testing and so far not seeing any duplicates so not sure what the cause is.

I am going to continue to monitor.

In the mean time in a private reply can you please provide your system info per this guide:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/

    Thanks
