All our support is done through the forums and we respond within 24 hours of you posting during the business week. So if you post Monday morning you can expect a response no later then Tuesday morning. If you post Late Friday Afternoon we may not get to it until Monday as we are not monitoring support on the weekends and United States Holidays.
For the views presented by using http://yoursite.com/events/category/parentcategory/subcategory/, will we be able to add some introductory text specific for that category?
I think this is possible, but there is not direct feature to do that. You could customize it yourself, but for the most part customizations are up to you and beyond the support we can provide. I would say that level of customization is not to hard, but does require some understanding of PHP.

charrame if you still could provide me with some addresses I can help out on your maps. Also do you have any coding set to only show 1 post somewhere that might cause only 1 event to show on the map view?

MemberSorry for the continued conflict here. I am afraid I do not have a work around. I looked at the topic on their site and Barry’s comments too on the other ticket.
I think if you comment out this line in your theme that should fix the issue: (if I read this reply right: http://www.kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-3-0-and-tribe-events-calendar-3-8/#post-329763)
require_once( 'config-events-calendar/config.php' ); //compatibility with the Events Calendar pluginIf not, you could downgrade to Version 3.7 in the meantime and see if something can be worked out.
Let me know if commenting out that line helps anything out and we can go from there.

MemberHow strange.
I see what you mean about the Previous Events not appearing.
Could you back out all the custom templates you have out of your theme and see if that resolves the issue?
It could be another custom template is suppose to provide some information for those links on the Ajax call and it is not there.
Another test can be to change themes to a default WordPress theme and see if that narrows down the source of the problem.
Let me know what you find out from those two and we can go from there.
