purchase tickets for when an event has passed

Hi there,

I had an event today which went well, some people attended without paying and therefore I would like to send them to the link to purchase their ticket post-event. However, I get the error saying event has passed therefore I am unable too. Is there anyway to bypass this so event tickets can be sold post-event – this will save me time with invoicing etc.

I can answer your question, but I am afraid the answer is, there is no easy way to bypass that check without modifying the coding directly in the plugin.
