Separate billing and shipping address

Hey!

I’ve set up a site where my client sells courses and workshops with WooTickets. The problem is that the clients customers usually doesn’t pay by herself, they want an invoice that they can bring to their employer.

Basically I need to separate billing and shipping information as I would if I bought a product for a friend. I tried to modify my ticket to shippable but still the shipping information doesn’t show up in my checkout.

Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks for using our plugin and our add on WooCommerce Tickets.

You are trying to get shipping and billing information to show, correct?

If you go to the Event with the tickets and hover over the title of one of the tickets and click Edit in WooCommerce. Then uncheck virtual product and update.

What happens then when you try to purchase that ticket, does it show the shipping address?

I was able to get the shipping address to work that way.
