MemberHi,
Yes I am still here to help. We reply to forum posts within 24 hours of each post. Generally much faster then that, but sometimes they maybe a delay between postings.
I tried both your Facebook ID’s and Secret Keys and they worked for me. So that does not appear to be the issue.
I saw in your Plugin list that you have Facebook Comments Plugin Active. I wonder if that is causing a conflict.
Can you please try our Testing for Conflicts Guide and see if that narrows down the issue:
https://theeventscalendar.com/support/documentation/testing-for-conflicts/
If the importer is working you should see Events on this Page to import from the pages:
Events > Import: Facebook
As the graphic above shows.
Let me know what you find out and we can go from there.
Thanks
Brian
MemberOk sounds good. Let us know if you run into anything and would like us to take a quick look.
I also recommend using a plugin such as Simple Custom CSS. for adding Custom CSS. It is my go to plugin for that.
Let me know and we can try to help out if you like.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for purchasing the Events Calendar Pro. I can help you out with this. See my answer below your question:
Is there a way to edit a saved venue in order to correct mistakes or add additional information, such as an address or phone number?
Yes you can individually edit any Event, Venue, or Organizer.
Do you see the Venue List Here:
Events > Venues
And can you click on Venues and find the Venue and Edit it like any other WordPress Post?
Let me know if you are not seeing that and we can do some troubleshooting to show this.
Thanks
Note- Moved the Topic to the Pro Forum as you are a Pro License Holder so you can just post in this forum all your questions or issues.

MemberHi Daniella,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins. The easiest method to get someone to register for an event maybe to use one of our Ticketing Plugins.
WooCommerce is our best seller followed by Easy Digital Downloads, however they all have similar features so I would base your decision to buy on what eCommerce you like the best.
Using one of the ticking plugins you could use that as a way for people to register for an event.
I would recommend looking over our New User Primer for WooCommerce as it shows all the features of the plugin and how to setup and what info you can get from people to see if it will work with what you are looking for.

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having.
Not sure why this is not working. I have a test site I run for the Events Calendar and my customizations are in my Child theme for Genesis and everything is working.
Let’s start with the easy steps and see if we can find the answer.
Can you please verify the child theme is active.(simple I know, but just in case something happened there)
What is your Parent Theme? Does another Parent/Child Theme Combo Work?
Let me know and we can go from there is have you test for conflicts and see if that finds something.
Thanks

MemberHi Mike,
The Events Calendar uses its own Custom Taxonomy for the Event Categories. So it is separate from the Post Categories and does not connect the way you would like unforuntely.
We have any option to show Events in the Main Loop of your Blog here:
Events > Settings > Default Tab
The option is called: “Include events in main blog loop”
Not sure if that helps.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi I just wanted to update this for you. I have created a bug ticket to have our developers take a look at this and come up with a solution. I do not have a timetable one when that might be. I am not sure if this we will have a temporary fix to give you or may require changing more of our coding to make that impossible to do. So since there is nothing more we can do from this ticket I am going to close it.
This ticket is attached to our bug report and we will update you on this ticket once we have anything for you.
If you have any questions related to this or another please post a new topic on the forum and we can help you out.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins. I can help you out with this.
The easiest way is to use a filer to change the text.
We have a tutorial on doing more changes to your entire site here:
https://theeventscalendar.com/support/documentation/changing-the-word-events-to-something-else/
I came up with a snippet that I think gets you close to what you are looking for:
https://gist.github.com/jesseeproductions/3e99e93e41f05a72cf6c
Just add that to your theme’s function.php file and it should change them to how you would like.
Right now that targets just the Community Calendar. You could do that site wide by changing this ‘tribe-events-calendar’ in the snippet to this ‘tribe-‘
Let me know if that helps.
Thanks

MemberHi,
I can help you out.
The design of the Mini Widget Calendar is to show Events from the month so yes at the end of the month that could cause there to be no events showing as they are in the next month.
The Event List Widget does not rely on that and will show all upcoming Events.
The only way to get the Mini Calendar Widget to show events from the next month is to do some customization.
Fast Forward
You could try following out Fast Forward Guide for the mini calender. It would enable the calendar to go to the next month with events once the current month’s events have past.https://theeventscalendar.com/fast-forward-to-the-next-upcoming-event/
Another Option
I found this thread where someone did not some modifications:Mini Calendar – default display month as that of next upcoming event
The reply from Barry marked Answered has some coding that might help.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks
Brian
MemberOk thanks for the information. I tried both of those pages and was able to manually import events from them.
On this Page
Events > Import: Facebook
Do any events show like this under the Page Titles:

Also, can you please in a private reply post all the information on this page:
Events > Help
From this box “System Information”
Let me know about that and we can go from there.
Thanks

MemberHi,
I can help answer you questions. For the most part we do not offer the features you are looking for.
If you see our New User Primer for WooCommerce on exactly what the features it has. The features are similar for all our Ticketing Add Ons.
https://theeventscalendar.com/support/documentation/wootickets-new-user-primer/
See my answers below:
If the event is yearly, can it be archived? (all the details/pages/info)
Not sure what you mean, but tickets are created per event.
What are the fees/costs associated with EE3/4? Any hidden fees?
Any additional transaction fees?
Not sure of the reference for these two questionsRefunds and Offline Payments
The payment process is all handled by WooCommerce so refunds or offline payments could be handled by that if you like there is no feature to do that through WooCommerce Tickets.Registration confirmation email?
Payment confirmation email? These are handled by WooCommerce, on a completed order a Ticket email is sent
Are there any add to Google Calendar/iCal buttons?
These are features of the Events Calendar and would still work on Events using WooCommerce Tickets
What happens when a user duplicates their registration?
It does not check if someone already purchased a ticket, so if they buy another they would have another ticket.
We do not have the following features:
Is there an option for complimentary tickets?
Are there options for multiple ticket types/prices?
What other additional event options are there?
Are group registrations available?
Is there an option for group registrations?
Are there early Bird sales option?
Are users able to self cancel a registration?
Is it possible to substitute a registrant for another? Is it possible to change the details and re-send the confirmation email?
Can registrants update their own information?Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
And some of these features maybe possible with some customization, but that is beyond the support we can provide if you would purchase a license.

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having with the links.
I took a look at your site has a bunch of javascript errors causing the issue.
Not sure if it is a simple issue, could be a conflict with the theme or another plugin.
Can you please follow our Testing For Conflicts Guide to help narrow down where the conflict is:
https://theeventscalendar.com/support/documentation/testing-for-conflicts/
Also can the calendar widget display tool tips and the ability to proceed to the event when you click on the date?
This is the default behavior for the main calendar view, but the for the Mini Calendar the Events show in a list below it when clicking on the date. The javascript errors are preventing this from working.
Let me know what you find out and we can from there.
Brian
MemberHi Mike,
Have you seen this guide we have to add Events to your RSS Feed?
https://theeventscalendar.com/how-to-add-events-to-your-rss-feed/
Would that work for you?
Brian
MemberHi, You can use the Free Version of TEC with WooCommerce Tickets.
You do not need to buy Pro, you only need to buy Pro if you would like the Pro Features.
Does that help?
