MemberHi,
Yes I am still here to help. We reply to forum posts within 24 hours of each post. Generally much faster then that, but sometimes they maybe a delay between postings.
I tried both your Facebook ID’s and Secret Keys and they worked for me. So that does not appear to be the issue.
I saw in your Plugin list that you have Facebook Comments Plugin Active. I wonder if that is causing a conflict.
Can you please try our Testing for Conflicts Guide and see if that narrows down the issue:
https://theeventscalendar.com/support/documentation/testing-for-conflicts/
If the importer is working you should see Events on this Page to import from the pages:
Events > Import: Facebook
As the graphic above shows.
Let me know what you find out and we can go from there.
Thanks

MemberHi, sorry for the troubles you are having.
For Automatic Import it requires that your wp-cron is active, do you have that disabled in your wp-config.php? Also, try changing the setting to Twice Daily instead of Hourly for Automatic Imports as sometimes the hourly setting does not work. (although we did fix that)
Sometimes events are not able to be imported due to the Facebook API limitations. This appears to be one of them. Please read below for an explanation:

Unsupported get request

Sometimes even when all the settings are correct, the event is not importing and you see something like the following:Facebook API Error: Unsupported get request.
or
The following errors have occurred: Either the event with ID fbeventidnumber does not exist, is marked as private on Facebook or we couldn’t reach the Facebook API. Please note that as a result, no events were successfully imported.
You maybe dealing with an Age or Country Restricted Event. Pages or Events that are associated with bars, breweries, adult entertainment, or similar things may be marked as age restricted by Facebook. Unfortunately, that means the Facebook API cannot import those events unless you or the Page owner is able to change the age restriction.
In some instances, it may be possible for you or the Facebook Page owner to change the age restriction on an event. However, this is not possible with Pages that Facebook has specifically deemed to be alcohol related or have adult content.
To try changing the age restriction, first login to the Facebook Page in question. Click on the Settings tab and look for the Age Restrictions Box.
Change the setting to Anyone(13+) and click save and try to import events again from your website. If you are still seeing the error, that means that Facebook itself has marked your content as 18+ or 21+. In these instances, we are unfortunately not able to import the event, either manually or automatically.

MemberI will check if you like. I will only check the Facebook Import Settings and Try to do a Import or two. You can reply here with a private reply and then I will remove the info from the forum.
Let me know.

MemberOk I took a look at your site. The Plugin is setup correctly, the issue I found is with the server.
To get the information from the Importer there is a cURL request and that is being blocked at the server.
Can you contact your host and ask them to enable cURL for you.
This is the Get request that needs to work to get the events from Facebook.
I removed the id and secret key from the url.
There is nothing else I can do to open up cURL and it depends on your host to do that.
Please contact them and let me know what you find out.
Thanks

MemberThis is the error I get, “couldn’t connect to host”
If the host says is working it is possible Facebook is blocking your servers IP.
This url and similar ones need to work:
That is all the information I have on this.

MemberUnfortunately, I am not sure what is wrong. It could be on either your server or an issue Facebook.
There is no way for me to tell that would be better troubleshooted with your host.
There should be no problem testing on another host.
