    Hi,

    Thanks for using our plugins. Not sure why it says closed for you, it does not show that way to us.

    I did delete your other post as it was a duplicate of this.

    For the list view if you add the image as a featured image to the Event it will then show up in the list view.

    For the Month View we have this guide to adding the images:

    That will also use the feature image from the event as well.

    Hello,

    Sorry for the issue you are having with the text. I can help resolve this.

    Not sure exactly why that is showing on your site, it is not part of the standard plugin to show there.

    Do you have any custom templates on your site?

    And if you follow our testing for conflicts guide:

    Testing Conflicts With Themes and Other Plugins

    Does that narrow down where the text is coming from?

    Hi,

    Sorry for the issues you are having.

    We updated the look of the widget and a glitch prevents the stylesheet from loading correctly.

    Please add the following to your theme’s function.php:

    https://gist.github.com/jesseeproductions/9ac665ddcdef95c8a2e5

    That will fix the formatting for the Day-Date and make more sense after you see it styled.

    We have a fix coming out very soon to address this as well.

    Alejandro I am not sure what you are asking. That css should enable the After HTML field to only display on the Single Event Pages. Not sure when you reference sub-events page what you are referring to.

    If you are looking for a more complex solution we most likely will not be able to help with it.

    However, if you have any questions we can try to answer them.

    It is not possible to add a category through WooCommerce Tickets.

    You would have to do that from the Product Edit Page.

    If you name the Category for the Venue and then assign the Category to the event that should work.

    Ok thanks for the information.

    The 4th field I have is a setting for PRO’s Week View.

    What about your settings for WordPress on this page:

    Settings > General

    Timezone

    Date Format

    Time Format

    Let me know what those are and we can go from there.

    Hi,

    Thanks for using our plugins. I can help answer your question.

    There is no feature to select a Filter Bar setting and turn it on by default.

    The best option available is to do as your site does and use the url to select the filter option.

    If you would like to request that feature please head to our UserVoice Page and add your own or upvote that feature as they will increase the chances of it being added to a future version.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the interest in our plugins. I took a look at the site and see they made the 4 venue different colors in an image.

    You maybe to do something with css with the Events Calendar, but we do not have a feature like that.

    There is a plugin called The Events Calendar Category Colors:

    That might get you close to what you are looking for.

    If you want to customize the Events Calendar we can try to help answer a question to get started, but for the most part that is beyond the support we can provide.
