    It is hard to say what the issue is as it is custom coding. I am limited on the support I can provide on it, but…

    Are they the same theme?

    I do not see any coding at all for the event.

    If you type echo “here”; into the php does that show to at least verify it is pulling the right template?>

    If it is correct have you tried WordPress Debug to see if any errors show:

    Please follow the steps in the WordPress Debug Codex in the Example wp-config.php for Debugging section:

    I maybe to help answer some questions more, but will be limited in troubleshooting this further.

    Hi,

    The Facebook Event Importer requires the free version of the Events Calendar:

    The Events Calendar

    It can only import events into our calendar.
