    Hello,

    I would like to be able to remove the line of text from the auto responder email that says, “You’ll receive your tickets in another email”.

    We are not actually sending out tickets, so this is not applicable.

    Hi,

    I have a snippet for you to help out.

    Does the snippet Barry provide in this link work for you:

    How to not send the e-tickets? (Tickets to be retreived at the event)

    You can remove the text and the quotes and just write:

    return;

    That should remove the message.

    Let me know if that works.
