MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in WooCommerce Tickets.
Unfortunately, there are no capabilities in our forum to give someone access to the customer forums that does not have a valid license.
We are working on better integration between our plugins and WPML.
As for the word around in that thread we do not have any more information and until we add better support into our plugins for WPML have nothing else to provide on it right now.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in WooCommerce Tickets.
What you describe is not currently possible to have adult and children tickets with one stock between them so that only 10 total tickets would be sold.
We are adding more features to the ticketing plugins and this is one we are looking to add. We are having a beta next month if you are interested please email us at [email protected]
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks
Brian
MemberZoe, I am looking over the files now.
Nothing stands our right way.
In the meantime can you try this snippet to see if this resolves it:
https://gist.github.com/elimn/877bc90421526d22900b
If you had that snippet does it help? What if you change the single event slug to another word does that help?
Please test on both existing and new events.
kevinogrady and Leonid glad you were able to solve the issues you were having.
Brian
MemberNo worries glad I can help.
Since this is marked resolved I am going to close this ticket, but if you need anything else related to this topic or another please post a new topic on the forum and we can help you out.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins. We currently do not have a feature to support live iCal Feeds.
If you would like to request that feature please head to our UserVoice Page and add your own or upvote that feature as they will increase the chances of it being added to a future version.

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins.
We do not have a feature to take payments for events besides with our Ticketing Plugins.
Those all take payments through their respective eCommerce counterparts (WooCommerce, EDD, etc).

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

MemberHello,
I can help point you in the right direction here.
tribe_get_events uses the same query arguments as wp_query:
https://codex.wordpress.org/Class_Reference/WP_Query#Author_Parameters
If each coach has their own WordPress account you can use the author parameters to get just their events.
Does that help?
Thanks

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you.
This is the first I have seen the issue with the shortcode. It is possible it is a conflict with your theme or a bug in the shortcode.
I took a look at your site and did not see the Events Home Page section, did you remove it? And what content should display after the shortcode that does not?
Let me know and we can go from here.
Thanks
Brian
MemberAs of yet this issue is unresolved. It is unclear why the events are being redirect to attachments on Zoey’s site, but we are still digging.
kevinogrady and Leonid I would encourage you to follow the steps outlined in this post:
Then to better help you both and so we can give you our full attention I would recommend creating your own threads with the results you find from those instructions and also reference this post.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Yes by default WooCommerce does not send emails unless there is a change in order status and tickets are not sent until an order is Marked Complete.
There is this plugin that can help AutoComplete Orders:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-autocomplete-order/
Is that what you are looking for? and does it help?
Let me know.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi,
I took a look at your site and see what you mean.
If I use the arrow keys I am able to increase the quantity or if I select 0 I am able to type in a new number. So the field is working.
It looks like you are running into an issue where WooCommerce removed the quantity selectors in 2.3.
Please read about that change here:
https://wordpress.org/support/topic/no-more-quantity-selector-after-update
As well as finding a link to a plugin there to add those quantity selectors back.
Let me know if that helps.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins. I can help you out here.
By default the tickets are hidden from the shop pages.
What is the Catalog Visibility Setting for the tickets not showing?
To find that go to Products > Find a Ticket Product and Edit it
Then look for the Catalog visibility: setting in the publish meta box. Let me know if changing that setting from Hidden to Category makes the ticket show.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHello,
The function that sends the emails is not able to be moved to the theme to edit. That is only for templates in the view directories.
The notifications email are being sent to any email in this field “Email addresses to be notified” of the Community Event Settings:
Events > Settings > Community > “Email addresses to be notified”
The function that sends email is found in this file:
the-events-calendar-community-events\tribe-community-events\tribe-community-events.php
Around line 1209 in 3.9 is the function:
sendEmailAlerts
Brian
MemberHi,
I see you are using EventRocket to display the events on that page.
If so you would have to add all the styling and scripts yourself to get it to display like the photo view.
Unfortunately, I am limited on helping on customizations and can answer some questions, but unable to troubleshoot the entire process.
The Photo View already has a past events section, which shows here:
http://groundswellnetwork.ca/events/?action=tribe_photo&tribe_paged=1&tribe_event_display=past
Maybe you can use that instead?
