    Hi I just purchased the wrong product. I thought I needed the PRO version of the calendar for woocommerce tickets but it seems I don’t. Would it be possible to transfer my single site license of Calendar PRO to Woocommerce Tickets instead?

    We are unable to transfer licenses.

    Please email us at [email protected] and request a refund for Pro, please include the reason and your order number when emailing us.

    We will refund that purchase and then you can purchase WooCommerce Tikets.

    Ok Great. We will respond by email once the refund has been process. Please email us if you do not hear anything by the end of the week. Once processed it can take the payment service up to 10 days to refund your money.
