MemberHi,
I am not sure.
I have never had to modify my theme to work with WooCommerce.
I can try to help out here, but out expertise in WooCommerce is limited to the ticket product and not the entire WooCommerce checkout process.
WooCommerce just uses shortcodes for their checkout and cart pages so I do not believe you need to add any coding to the templates for it to work.
Does backing out your coding remove the errors?
Are you able to contact the theme developer about compatibility with WooCommerce?
Let me know.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you.
Please upgrade to Event Tickets Plus 4.1.1 as there is a patch to fix this issue in there.
You can download the latest version from your account here on theeventscalendar.com
And follow these steps to manually update:
Or you can setup the Automatic Updates:
Let me know if that works out.
Thanks
Brian

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.
There is no feature to change the End Time to a corresponding Start time.
If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
If we are talking about something else let me know.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.
I am seeing the strings on our translate site:
http://translations.theeventscalendar.com/projects/event-tickets-plus
And I checked in a po file and saw it there too.
What language are trying to see them in?
And do you have the latest version?
Cheers
Brian
MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.
Yes both plugins can be used at the same time. In fact all our plugins can be active at the same time.
I regularly test with both active and importing events. They use different processes.
If you have issues let us know.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help out.
I see you are using the Divi theme and it is their archive settings causing this as the Event Views are archives.
Head to Divi > Theme Options > General Settings > Number of Post displayed on Archive pages
Change that number to 10 or what you have as the number of events to show in our settings.
That should fix the issue.
Let me know how that works out.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins. I can answer your questions.
Can the user also manually add events when using the facebook events version of the plugin to essentially co-mingle facebook events and events added via wordpress?
Yes the Facebook Event Add On requires the core version of the Events Calendar found for free on WordPress.org: https://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar/ so you can manually add events through that as well as import Events from Facebook to display.
And number two — and I realize I will need to do some research on facebook policy — but do you have anything you can share from experience about the facebook determining of “adult” events? The use would be for a restaurant/bar/music venue to provide updates of primarily live music shows.
We are able to import events without restrictions on them. Any age, country, or any type of restriction will prevent the importer from working. That restriction is set in the Facebook Page settings and can only be changed by the owner. So usually if you cannot see the page without signing into Facebook we are not going to be able to import it.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for using the Events Calendar.
Here on the pre-sales forum, I’m afraid we do not provide technical support. I would ask that you take any technical support questions across to our wordpress.org forum – our staff scan it periodically and other community members may also be able to help out.
Thanks again!

MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins. I can answer your questions.
You are talking about Event Tickets Plus right?
You could setup 3 tickets and use the global stock to have one stock shared between them.
Then set the sale date for the first ticket from today to May 14th.
Then set the next ticket to go live on May 15th until May 29th.
Etc..
Does that work?

MemberHi,
Thanks for the info.
I am still looking into this.
I was not able to replicate the issue right away as the events are coming in all on one day and correctly checked as All Day Events.
Going to try some more things tomorrow to get to the bottom of this
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out.
Unfortunately, the This Week widget does not have an option to hide empty days. Only the weekends. It was designed to show an entire week so adding a feature to hide empty days was not part of the plan.
I would suggest looking at the template files and moving them to your theme following our themer’s guide:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/
The files are located here:
events-calendar-pro/src/views/pro/widgets/
You might be able to detect the empty day there and then not display that day.
The css is designed to show all 5 days or 7 days so it will have to be modified.
I can try to help answer some more questions, but limited in providing much support beyond this.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Sorry for the delay here we are backed up due to an illness and jury duty for a couple members on the support team.
I can help out here. I took a look at your site and it looks like it is loading jQuery twice.
I see this second load that is loading an old version:
https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.8/jquery.min.js
I am not sure where that is coming from, but preventing that from loading is the first step to resolving this.
Let me know where we stand after you remove that.
Thanks
