I’ve got a weird, new problem: I’ve created an event and a ticket for the event. But when I input a price and schedule the on-sale date and close sales date and then hit save, these fields empty out. This results in the event saving and posting to my website as “free”.
I’ve kind of worked around this by editing the Woocommerce product associated with the ticket, so at least I’m not giving away tickets any more. But clearly this is not how TEC is supposed to work.
On top of it all, the event page header still defaults to “Free”, even though the ticket sales fields can be found at the bottom of the page. What’s happening here?
