ParticipantSuddenly, some of our tickets are not allowing a quantity to be selected unless an inventory count is entered.
We have never used the inventory function for tickets, since we also sell tickets through other sources. We have always just left it blank and it worked fine.I am quite sure that this problem occurred in the last couple of days.
Example of where we have had to add inventory:
Music in Bass Hall: The Strathspey and Reel Society of New Hampshire
Example of where we have not added inventory just left it blank) but you can still choose a quantity :
Thank you for any insights you may have.

ParticipantFurther info – I have now realized the instances where this has ocurred are where I had recently deleted tickets (due to another issue) and then created new tickets, so these are all tickets created since the most recent upgrade. All previously created tickets seem to be fine.

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you.
Please upgrade to Event Tickets Plus 4.1.1 as there is a patch to fix this issue in there.
You can download the latest version from your account here on theeventscalendar.com
And follow these steps to manually update:
Or you can setup the Automatic Updates:
Let me know if that works out.
Thanks

ParticipantThanks Brian, this did resolve the issue.
I did have my licenses for both the calendar and the tickets already in place – no automatic update occurred, but I was able to update through the control panel, and can keep in mind to double check that moving forward.April 6, 2016 at 6:57 am #1098903Brian
MemberGreat, glad it helps,
By automatic updates I mean the process you went through. Our plugins will not just update themselves you have to initiate the process. By automatic I mean not having to download and the upload the plugin.
I am going to go ahead and close this ticket, but if you need help on this or something else please post a new ticket.
Thanks!
