MemberHello,
Sorry for the issues you are having.
I took a look at your site and see what you mean. Looks like some custom css is hiding the titles.
Try out this to fix:
.tribe-events-calendar .tribe_events .entry-title {
display: block;
}
Add that css to your theme’s stylesheet or through a plugin such as Simple Custom CSS.
Let me know if that helps.
Thanks

MemberHi Miguel,
Just to jump in here real quick. The get_the_permalink function was added to WordPress 3.9 please update to at least that version to fix this issue.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi Rochelle,
That coding should be entered into your theme’s function.php
The custom post type for events is:
tribe_events
Thanks
Brian
MemberIf that is the email entered into the order that is why it was sent there.
Again we just follow what that order email is.
So it does look like the wrong email was entered by the user.
Do you have Accounts? Is the Account email different?
Brian
MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins.
We do not have a feature to import events by JSON or XML.
We have a CSV,Facebook Events, and Eventbrite Importer.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks
Brian
MemberWe do not have the beta available yet so you would not be able to use it now if you purchased.
Once the beta is out you can do a beta test before purchasing and then purchase once it goes live and upgrade to the released build.

MemberHello Shivani,
I can help answer your questions.
The Events Calendar Pro includes Recurring Events in it. You can create the recurring event series directly from an event.
We have this guide on how recurring events work:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-recurring-events/
We have our ticketing plugins for people to pay for events and they all accept what the eCommerce can take for payment, which includes Paypal.
https://theeventscalendar.com/tickets/
The ticketing plugins can be used as a registration, but the information is limited to the person purchasing and there are not additional fields to collect information.
We do not have a notification system to let people know about events.
We do not have a plugin that combines all the features into one, they are all separate and each license is for one year of support and updates.
Hi Leslie,
You do need The Events Calendar (free version) to use WooCommerce Tickets (WooTickets) as tickets are created in the events and cannot be created in the product editor.
Also, I am going to close this thread as we got off topic from the original post, but if you have any follow up questions please create your own topic in the forum where we interact with you one on one.
Thanks
Brian
MemberI have updated the Validate URl to include an error message.
https://www.dropbox.com/s/c0ljmqenuaorf9e/validate-url-.6.zip?dl=0
Please delete the old one and upload and after Activating go to Tools > Validate URL
Enter in this url:
I believe you will get Couldn’t resolve host ‘https://theeventscalendar.com’, which would mean your server cannot find that url.
But let me know what you find out.
Thanks
Brian
MemberSorry you feel that way, but customization is not included when purchasing our premium plugins as per our terms and conditions.
However, I would start by looking at the ticketing template:
wootickets\views\wootickets\tickets.php
And then following our themer’s guide:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/
Move that to your theme to edit and add the features you would like.
Sidebar
As for the sidebar I looked at your site and noticed you are using the Enfold theme. The developer of that theme includes coding to modify the Events Calendar and that is why that field is not showing.
You maybe to contact them to see if they have the coding to add the sidebar to the event pages or to change the event template.

MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in WooCommerce Tickets.
We are hoping to do a beta with QR codes by the end of the month. However, that could change if we run into unforeseen issues.
I do not believe the next version will include event extras. It will have additional fields to collect information, but not change the price.
It maybe possible with customizations, but that is beyond the support we can provide.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks
