One of our tickets issued has been sent to an email address that appears completely random and unconnected to the purchasers email. LUCKILY…the random email address recipient has let us know they have received the tickets.
This is extremely worrying can you please advise me.
is this something you have come across before?
we have since run another ticket which went out fine to the correct address.
I haven’t started accounts yet just guest check in.
I think this is a customer error as you said its on the original order. I will monitor it if it happens again I will investigate further thanks for your help
