    Sorry for closing that other thread, but I did not hear from you and other people started posting and I did not want any response to get lost.

    Anyway I just tried to import this event using just the ID:

    16491091298

    And got it to work. If you try importing that ID does it work for you?

    As for the importing can you confirm you have the OAuth Redirect URI in the Eventbrite app and it looks something like this:

    http://yoursite.com/tribe-oauth/eventbrite

    As the url for an event may look something like this:

    http://www.eventbrite.com/e/applied-tribe-event-16474099698

    For the import to work you should only use the digits on the end so in this case:

    16474099698

    Will import that event (if it was real)

    Hi,

    Sorry for the issues.

    Let’s get to the bottom of these.

    1) Events
    If events are set to pending review or draft then on the front end you cannot publish you have to do that from the admin. It maybe possible to change that link in the email to review an event and that would bypass the ownership issue.

    2) Ownership
    It looks like clicking on the link does not take over ownership. If I click submit event on the front end I do take over the event. If I publish in the admin I do not take over the event.

    3) Login
    I find when I login using the Community Events Add Link:

    http://yoursite.com/events/community/add

    That I get taken right to the form on a successful login. So the login redirection maybe from your theme or a plugin, but it is not a standard feature of our plugins.

    Hi,

    Thanks for using our plugins.

    The tickets do not appear on the Order Page. They are only emailed once an order is marked complete. I believe the idea was that people would not need accounts to purchase tickets.

    If you would like to request that feature please head to our UserVoice Page and add your own or upvote that feature as they will increase the chances of it being added to a future version.

    Hi,

    Sorry for the issues with this plugin.

    We try to make our plugin as compatible with others as possible, but sometimes issues come up.

    I looked at the plugin and something that changes the structure could mess with our plugin.

    We can try to help answer questions from the developer of the plugin to maybe make it work.

    Unfortunately, I do not have anything else to help with this and 3rd party plugin conflicts are beyond the support we can provide.

    Yeah no sure what is wrong with Melbourne in the search. I actually got that to work on my site and on the second try your site.

    Since you have events all over the world it might be a good idea to increase the radius to get as many events as possible.

    I can look into this more tomorrow and see if I can find anything else out.

    Hi Again,

    Sorry for the issues with the Location Search.

    I visited your site and the first time I was not able to get anything for Melbourne, but now I am.

    I entered in the Melbourne Address you have on my site and was able to search for it and it showed in a dropdown for me as well.

    Are you seeing anything different too?

    Hi Mat,

    I can help here explain how this works. The Map View only displays the events that are listed below it. It does not show all events.

    If you increase the amount events that show from the event settings you can get more events placed on the map.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the interest in Community Events.

    Both the venues and organizers area available to anyone that submits an event.

    If you would like to remove those fields you can follow our themer’s guide to edit those templates and remove the dropdowns.

    We have a fix for it in 3.10, which will be in beta next week.
