MemberHopefully in the next couple of weeks, but there is always a chance it could get pushed back so I do not have a firm timeline.
Brian
MemberGreat glad you got it. That was just what I was going to suggest to look into.

MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins.
We do not have any email notification systems with our plugins to do as you describe.
If you would like to request that feature please head to our UserVoice Page and add your own or upvote that feature as they will increase the chances of it being added to a future version.

MemberHi,
Ben sorry for the issues you are having.
We are aware of this and have a fix for it in 3.10. I do not have a fix for it in the meantime.
We do have a beta of 3.10 if you really need a fix, but it is not recommended to be on live sites yet.
Here is the beta sign up if interested:
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugin.
I can try to help out here.
The _EventEndDate custom field is still being used.
Where is the date off? After an event is submitted by your custom form?
Does it does it when you create an event in the admin?
Let me know and we can go from there.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins.
I took a look at your site and not sure there is much we can do on our end.
Loading 120+ events on one page is a huge amount of data to load and then trying to calculate everything on a map is going to take time no matter what.
Having said that have you looked into using a caching plugin like WP Fastest Cache:
If you can use a caching plugin so it does not load from the db every time and the cached copy is served to visitors that could speed things up.
Let me know if you have tried that solution.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins.
The attendee information is all stored in Eventbrite. We do not bring it over to your site.
The event in the Events Calendar is more a front for Eventbrite and enables you some control on creating and modifying the event, but the advance functions remain in Eventbrite.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins. I can help answer your questions. See my answers below:
– Do you currently support rich snippets for events (https://developers.google.com/structured-data/rich-snippets/events)?
We do not directly support it, we do have some markup, but it is provide as is.
The best way to test the snippets is by trying the core version of the Events Calendar found for free on WordPress.org: https://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar/
– Do you have an Upcoming Events widget based on user location?
We do not have a feature to support this.
– in your demo you have an event listed in Maui. When I type “Hawaii” or “Kahului” (the location of the event) in the search field for the map demo no results are returned. Is this a bug?
I do not believe so it is more likely that we did not complete the address so the search does not have all the information it needs.
-upcoming events widgets: can I have widget to display a specific category of events?
Yes you can filter by one or more categories.
-list view: can I use a separate image in the list view than the one used in the event page? i.e. show a logo in the list view but a photo in the event?
This could be possible, but only by customization, which we cannot support. We do have a themer’s guide to show you how to edit templates: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/
Migration
-can you assist in migrating about 500 upcoming events from the old plugin to the new?
We do not have any migration services. We provide the plugin as is. We have this list of people that maybe to help you out:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/find-a-customizer/
Can I get a quote for the pro-plugin (on one site), community event add on and migration help?
The cost for Pro and Community Events for one site is $89 + $89 for a total of $178.00
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues with this. The fix is in 3.10, which has yet to be released.
We have a beta that resolves this issue if you would like to test it out:
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins.
The ticketing solutions do not have a way for a user to cancel their purchase. It can be done in the backend through the eCommerce system though.
All our ticking solutions require a eCommerce system, you can have free tickets with them, but the process that assigns them a ticket is done through the eCommerce’s checkout.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues.
Can you confirm that you setup a new Eventbrite APP and entered in the OAuth Redirect URI in the Eventbrite APP.
And please confirm all the steps are done from this page and the app was authorized in your site:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/configuring-eb-tickets/
Then we can go from there.
Brian
MemberIt is hard to say what is happening without seeing the full coding. Can you paste that here?
Brian
MemberHi,
Support is defined as helping with the existing features of the plugin, unfortunately, development and customization is not part of the support we provide per our terms and conditions.
So I am unable to provide full coding for a customization. I can try to help you get started, but beyond that it is not something I can support.
5 most recent events, including past, upcoming and current
To achieve this you maybe to use a custom loop, here is an example from WordPress.
https://codex.wordpress.org/Post_Types#Querying_by_Post_Type
Changing the products to tribe_events in that example should get the most recent events published.
Then you could follow our themer’s guide and look at different templates and grab some of the event coding to display information:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/
If you are looking to display some specific information I maybe to help let you know what function to use.
Cheers

MemberOh my bad. I misread the function.
I looked it up and it is actually from 1.xx version of the plugin. The documentation from that version was even worse then it is now.
