Display 5 events

Hello

i am trying to setup the widget to show 5 events according to the date

the pro widget only shows upcoming widgets and site looks bad, so i want to show also past events,current and upcoming

and if possible the past events to have a css class on them so i can put them with grey color

I m waiting your answer

Also is it ppossible in the small calndar or the big calendar when hovering over the events to have a tooltip and how can i achieve that?

Thanks for using our plugins.

We only have the Event List Widget for showing events and no other shortcodes that would help with this.

There is the Event Rocket Plugin an unofficial plugin maintained by some of our developers that has shortcodes in it:

That may have an option to help you out. I do not have anything else for this customization unfortunately.

This could be possible with a customization, but that is beyond the support we can provide. You can try following our themer’s guide:

And see if you can combine some of the month view tooltip coding with the mini calendar.

Do you at least have a php function that you could give me so i put it in my template and display 5 most recent events, including past, upcoming and current

I tried some examples i found on your documentation and none of the functions worked for me i guess they are missing the loop so i would like to have the full php code please.

What is the scope of this project? You are obviously charging a lot of money for it so i would like to have some support.

Thanks, i was gonna buy more licwnces for the tooltip feature but if you say it s not possible please just help me out with losting events, otherwise this plugin is no use to me if i cannot do a simple listing of events

So I am unable to provide full coding for a customization. I can try to help you get started, but beyond that it is not something I can support.

5 most recent events, including past, upcoming and current

To achieve this you maybe to use a custom loop, here is an example from WordPress.

Changing the products to tribe_events in that example should get the most recent events published.

Then you could follow our themer’s guide and look at different templates and grab some of the event coding to display information:
