Can customer cancel their registration online?

My client runs free seminars for their members, so there is no need for payments through an e-commerce tool, just the ability to create and post an event and let people register for it. So my first question is can that be done?

Second question is, once someone registers, if they decide they can’t come, is there a way they can cancel their registration online through your plugin?

Thanks for the interest in our plugins.

The ticketing solutions do not have a way for a user to cancel their purchase. It can be done in the backend through the eCommerce system though.

All our ticking solutions require a eCommerce system, you can have free tickets with them, but the process that assigns them a ticket is done through the eCommerce’s checkout.
