MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you.
First if you had coding to move the ticket box for eventbrite in your theme that has changed and please check the following guide to update that.
Second, can you please confirm you are using Eventbrite Tickets 3.9.6 and that you have followed the configuration steps outlined here:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/configuring-eb-tickets/
Then can you go to an event that is suppose to show the tickets box and confirm this setting in the admin for that event is set to yes:
Display tickets on event page?
Even if it is set to yes can you please set it to no, then update, and then set back to yes and update again and see if it shows.
If that does not work please post a link to the event that is having issues and we can go from there.
Thanks

I am not clear on what is happening here. Can you see the Import: Eventbrite in the admin menu under events?
Also, an you please confirm you are using Eventbrite Tickets 3.9.6 and that you have followed the configuration steps outlined here:

MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins.
We do not have a way to translate the content of events into other languages and do not support other plugins such as WPML that may add that feature.
Although our plugin and WPML sorta work together you will run into issues if using both and we are unable to provide support on those.
It is in our plan to work on making our plugins work together, but I do not have a release date for that feature.
Thanks

MemberHi Erica,
It is no longer possible to get to have multiple Eventbrite accounts on a site due to the Eventbrite API change.
We have it setup for only one APP to be authorized per install now.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberI am not sure. It maybe to early in the templateto get the title and you try and see if get_the_ID(); returns the id for the event if not then you may have to change in the template where the breadcrumbs are called.

MemberHi,
Thanks for using the Facebook Importer. I can help answer your questions.
I am wondering if there is a way that I can link two calendars from two different sites? This way I could have my main site displaying all my events from different projekts and on the projekt pages their own calendar.
Unfortunately, there is no feature to link calendars from different sites. It could be possible with RSS feeds or event the WordPress Rest API, but that can only be done by customization, which we cannot support.
If you would like to request that feature please head to our UserVoice Page and add your own or upvote that feature as they will increase the chances of it being added to a future version.

Here is the coding provided by WooCommerce to autocomplete orders:
http://docs.woothemes.com/document/automatically-complete-orders/
I would double check where you placed the coding in your theme correctly.
Also, it is impossible for WooCommerce Tickets to work without WooCommerce. So if that connection was broken no tickets would show on the site.
You could try following our testing for conflicts guide:
And place that autocomplete coding in another theme and see if that helps.
Otherwise, we are limited in resolving issues with WooCommerce, but I can try to help out some more.
Thanks
June 5, 2015 at 9:07 am in reply to: Which of your ticketing add-ons allows for variable pricing for same event? #967457Brian
MemberHi AJ,
Sorry to disappoint, but none of the ticketing plugins support variable products.
If that is a deal breaker we can always provide a refund to your purchase so you can find a better solution.
To request a refund please follow our policy outlined here:
And we can take care of it. Thanks

MemberHi Alan,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins.
I would like to know if we could use your plugin for our sales agents out in the field whom could access an internal diary bespoke to them with a personal login?
I am not sure what you are asking for.
We are built around creating events so I do not think we have features you are looking for, but you can test out our plugin and see if it is close to what you want to do.
The best way to test the Events Calendar is to try out the core version found for free on WordPress.org:

MemberHi Craig,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins I can help answer your questions.
I have an event that I want to host at the same venue but on multiple dates. I know you can create multiple events with the same information but different dates, but if the customer lands on the events page for Monday and it is sold out or they are unable to make it, how can I tell the customer that there is an event on Wednesday or Friday that they can attend. Can the event have multiple dates?
We have recurring events that can create events in a set pattern. However, we do not have a feature to relate events as you describe.
If you would like to request that feature please head to our UserVoice Page and add your own or upvote that feature as they will increase the chances of it being added to a future version.
http://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas
Secondly the pricing for Monday event is $10 dollars but the Wednesday and Friday event cost $13 and $15 respectively, how would this be setup?
Since tickets are created in each event manually, the price can be changed to anything you like per event.
Thirdly, if how do I allow customers to RSVP? Do you still have to use the Tickets module with the $0 price tag? What would the checkout experience be? Do they need to enter their card details?
The ticket plugins can handle 0 price and would not ask for payment details, but otherwise would have a regular checkout process to create the order.
Say if your event is limited to 100 people, but your allowing two ticket types, Silver and Gold packages and the even can have any number of silver or gold packages to be sold, would the system be smart enough to only sell 100 tickets? Or if is really successful I’m able to sell 200 ticket even tho I want 100 people to attend.
Unfortunately, we do not have global stock for tickets, so each ticket has its own stock and so you could end up selling 200 tickets in the scenario you describe.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins.
We do not have a feature to display the main event views such as month view on the home page.
However, there is the Event Rocket Plugin an unofficial plugin maintained by some of our developers that has this feature.
I encourage you to check it out.
Thanks

MemberHi Patie,
Thanks for using our plugins.
I do not have a solution for what you are asking right now.
However, once we release 3.10 in a couple weeks we do have a new week view that can enable you to change the timeframe in week view with a filter.
You can read about the new week view here:
https://theeventscalendar.com/week-view-refactor/
Look under the NEW FEATURES section for the filter to change the timeframe.
Again 3.10 should be out in a couple weeks if not sooner.
Cheers

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins.
Unfortunately, our ticketing plugins do not work with recurring events as we state on the product pages. It is not a bug that needs to be fixed it is a feature we have not added to the plugins yet. Although it is something we are planning on adding I do not have a time frame when that might happen.
I did look up the email from that thread you referenced and have provided the information in a private reply.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHello,
1. Events Calendar Pro feature list has Custom Fields. What are these for? organizer additional fields, event custom fields?, venue custom fields?
The additional fields are for events only and give you the ability to create additional fields from the admin of the site.
We have an article on them here:
2. if custom fields are added, will they be integrated for event type search? or how would these custom fields be used?
These are not included in the event search. They are used to show additional information about an event.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks
