Autocomplete woo orders with tickets

Hello –

I have a new issue. I am trying to figure out this auto complete orders in woocommerce (I don’t want to approve each ticket as it happens).

I added a code to functions.php file and that didn’t work.

I also installed an auto complete plugin that would take of it and still didn’t work.

I am not sure what I need to do. Is the tickets module not connected to woocommerce somehow?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Sorry for the issues you are having.

I can help troubleshoot them with you.

Here is the coding provided by WooCommerce to autocomplete orders:

I would double check where you placed the coding in your theme correctly.

Also, it is impossible for WooCommerce Tickets to work without WooCommerce. So if that connection was broken no tickets would show on the site.

You could try following our testing for conflicts guide:

And place that autocomplete coding in another theme and see if that helps.

Otherwise, we are limited in resolving issues with WooCommerce, but I can try to help out some more.
